At the time of release from the DET center in Hamilton desk staff asked me to sign on the line which was above the words “Signature of the offender”. I still do not
not know (no information/clarification) what was the offence (I am non-criminal). I wish Canadian authorities tell me what was the offence for which police arrested me from my address when I called them and let them in to the building to file a report of vandalism.
Before the arrest when female police officer was talking to me one man came out of the room 6 and on his way to the bathroom, (and perhaps) touched the back of the police officer (for sure came very close to her almost in contact) and whispered behind her. after that she broke into my room (while I was talking to 911 for emergency help to avoid arrest and take care of the matter next day) by pushing the half height book shelf which I had placed in the door to keep the door open and use it as a counter and to talk to people face to face.
I was not a risk to disappear from my ID address so why Police arrested me from inside my unit #2 with open door in such a hurry, there were many alternatives to be nice, I am non-criminal, Niagara Regional Police records were showing me as unwanted in Police reports do what was the urgency to put through this hardship for no reason.
This matter was reported by myself to OIPRD couple of hours after my release on November 13 of 2018. Took a cab back to Fennell Ave. E., to get back to my place from the Barton Street.
(It gives me a feeling when I look back that I was used to divert someone else’s arrest who used my name or similar name for their business transaction).
I strongly believe that to avoid any mistake and to make sure that police was making a legitimate arrest, person who raised such a request or a court representative should have been present with the police to identify correctly.

why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). Reported to Ombudsman of Ontario as well, to find out how I became OFFENDER at the time of release, I was not an OFFENDER at the time of arrest from my residence.

I am writing a comment on my own published information. It has been almost 4 months since I was released on November 13 of 2018. Hamilton Police or any other authority have not yet informed me why I was shown as offender on the release document. I approached the MPP of my area (because not a concern of my OW Case manager) to find out from the government records. MPP staff referred me to John Soyinka court house in down town Hamilton. I have been thinking about it, I will first consult with a lawyer to find out the reason behind it. If any one out there can get me in contact with a pro Bono lawyer will be much appreciated.

Visited various organizations and law offices to find a lawyer to handle this matter.
Passed by the court house, a long line up was seen and also was crowded.

I am writing a comment on my on post. these techniques are used on politically motivated and u high level political figures. I am just an ordinary person living on a welfare cheque so why destroy me.
