In the early days in Canada after we arrived in 1993 as landed family, I heard in a conversation that people loose their shirt, I am not sure in what context it was said. Regardless of it, what ever context it was, I want to exit from Canada before I loose my shirt. This is definitely destitute makers agenda.
On February 16 of 2022 at 15h45.
Oliver (manager) of Dianna knocked on my door and asked me come out to talk to me. Instead of giving me N4 which I asked for in previous meetings, he started asking me move in amount I paid, receipts for it, he was talking about rent increases etc. I told him rent was reduced by Dianna (Danica) in November 2017, he asked me if she gave it me in writing , I have receipt for $400.00 starting from November 2017. He kept on saying thing pointless and meaning less so I asked him to give it to me writing so I can read it .
(Note: Mr Oliver did not show up next day on February 17 of 2022 after the meeting in the kitchen on February 16 of 2022 at 15h45). He did not give me N4 either yet. This meeting was not pre arranged, just by a random knock on my door #2, he engaged me in this conversation in the kitchen. I went to speak to him in the kitchen expecting that perhaps he wanted to hand me over the N4 (or talk about it) which we spoke about in a previous phone call.
Document N4 (required for housing Stability) not yet received as of February 23 of 2022 at 09h09. N4 was required to pay them current months rent. No (zero $) money was received from OW social assistance after December 31 of 2021 to cover February 2022 rent. Rent for the month of January 2022 was paid as usual as rent Pay direct to land Lord by OW.
My rent was up-to-date (no dues) except for the current month due to OW file termination. I need a N4 to apply for housing stability. Since February 2018 my rent was setup for pay direct to land Lord by deducting from my monthly OW cheque
He (the Oliver) said he will come tomorrow on February 17 of 2022 for the receipts/records from 2017. Very strange. I was setup for rent Pay direct to land Lord starting from February 2018.
This is clearly an attempt by such people (like destitute makers) to make people angry, provoke them showing useless calculations and to escalate the issue to their advantage against people in vulnerable situation as I am in at present. That, my OW file was terminated on December 31 of 2021with last monthly cheque and no money was issued after that as of yet. What does it mean. Rocket science education is not needed to figure out their intentions with this approach.
To take more rent (more than the amount authorized by OW) from OW recipients (with no other source of income) and to show by bogus computations, arrears of rent is clearly an attempt to put tenants in debt and to eventually make them (non-religious) destitute and exploit them for gain..
I did not agree to any of his “con man” like verbal reasoning behind arrears and I asked him to submit in writing. After that he left through the front side glass door of 671, another person was seen standing on the inside of 671 as he was leaving.
(In my opinion destitute makers are modern day robbers/dacoit under the disguise of fancy titles and uniforms who practice their trade under the protection of position of power who are trained not to believe a common person. It is about mind set).
During all this when I (the undersigned) was paying more rent above the OW ceiling, a monthly amount of $36.65 (which was increased to $38.85 in December of 2021) was deducted by OW as O/P recovery without overpayment, just to reduce my monthly OW social assistance cheque amount.
This method is clearly a method to deplete people of their money which is bound to end in debt (to show people as defaulter), Destitute (or indigenous money less, possession less, family less and helpless perfect destitute (non-religious)). This induces low self esteem, dependence on others for normal requirements, demoralizes and creates other problems specially without any support system around to lean on.
Another word for destitute during imprisonment is indigenous as I learned in the prison in USA in 2005 and 2012. Prisoners are destitute or indigenous in captivity. But outside prisoner indigenous refers to natives. So to avoid calling people destitute they put them through prison to call them indigenous when they come out of prison to confuse or mix them up with natives or reserves residents.
Absolutely No money was received yet in 2022 since after December 31 of 2021
(9 weeks have passed since OW file termination on 12/31/2021 and last received money as of March 02 of 2022) , beginning of 10th week on March 06 of 2022 since OW file termination.
Beginning of 11th week on March 13 of 2022 since last cheque was received from OW on December 31 of 2021.
Beginning of 13th week on March 27 of 2022 since last cheque was received (by direct deposit) from OW on December 31 of 2021.
Flawed N4 was received on March 28 of 2022, further about this N4 document on my next precautionary notes.

I am not in possession of any laptop/desktop or any other computer since June 2012, I am not using any computer, I did not authorize any one to use any computers on my behalf, I don’t own any computer in any other form of ownership.
Today on January 22 of 2021 (around 12h50 Pm) when I came back to 671 Fennell Ave. East building where I live for the past 45 months after a quick grocery trip to neighbour hood Freshco, glass door was not unlocking with my key, so I used the back alley metal door of 671 to go upstairs to the upper floor to return to my Apt Door #2. I wonder if this is just a mechanical malfunction or some one has changed the 671 Glass door entrance lock on the front side without coordinating with the residents of this building upstairs, I am a rent paying monthly residential tenant in this building (4 years plus) PS – (street level doors front side glass door and back alley metal doors of address 671 are not door #1 or door #2, door numbers 1 to 12 are affixed by the screws on the wooden doors upstairs for each apt./unit. All of the Door numbers are not visible from outside).
my first enhanced level security clearance was done by ASG Inc. of Ottawa in 1996 which was issued to me by Brenda Batten an officer of ASG. It was stolen by some one from my hand carry in Fairless Hills Pennsylvania during crisis time before my non- criminal arrest in July 2005.It was submitted to PWGSC for renewal in Ottawa in 2006 through TES (contact person – Nicole) located in Kanata.
I have stated in several my of my postings on my website that I am not a maintenance person for this building 671 Fennell Ave. East and I am putting on lights (LED lights bought from Dollar Tree for $1.25) on my door 2 to prevent darkness in the hallways and light in my window facing the road side just as a hobby not as a duty, because I am not getting paid for material, time, expertise, sourcing of material etc. I am doing this work without proper tools and with out a workshop/lab.(in 2017 I bought two LED lights from Canadian Tire which were on low price. the orange color light on door 2 and a laptop usb light)when I started my tenancy in this building in 2017 May, door 2 light and window light did not exist. I started these on my own initiative to make a statement and to personalise that I live here and take care of it on my own with my own resources.I am not OW staff.

Around 12h15 on Dec 10 when I was walking towards upper Ottawa , two women near Tim Hortons said something to me not to cook the dinner to not have anything in the pot. I assumed, and this prompted me to remind everyone that I am not using 671 kitchen on the upper floor and the appliances, all other people who are not associated with me use the 671 kitchen perhaps under the disguise of my name without my knowledge (I was challenged by Dianna in 2017 that if other people were using my name what would I do ???). I just use kitchen to rinse a cup or a lid or to fill my bottle, other than that I am not using it to avoid unnecessary complications with Oliver and Dianna’ s group. they all work together, I am on my own.This is a repeat of what I have already published.
If workers (and others) of this building at 671 Fennell Ave. East (12 units on the upper floor) say something about “KHALID MAHMOOD” which is different information than what I am sharing and have been sharing for many years on my website and social open media, it simply means that they are talking about themselves or another person (i.e. a person they want to designate to pretend as myself) but not about me because I am not in their group and I do not work with them and I do not expect them to talk about me. Since I am independent tenant monthly rent paying tenant I want to deal with people myself without any intermediary. People who know me should not talk to them about me. If they say “KHALID MAHMOOD” does not live in the building or if they say that “KHALID MAHMOOD” moved simply means that they are talking about themselves or someone else from their group acting or pretending as “KHALID MAHMOOD” but not about me. If I am outside the building for a walk or errands etc. and if they say he is sleeping means they are talking about themselves or another person of their group but not about me. PERHAPS some one is operating or living under the disguise of my name “KHALID MAHMOOD” without my consent , without my information and without my permission to misguide. This is a legal matter and they will have to face the consequences of it. For this reason I strongly believe that there should be only one person by a particular name in a building or a house (except families) to avoid confusion and ambiguity during emergency, police work etc. which is not difficult to enforce.
As per my rental document (also known as Intent to rent for OW social assistance recipients, was partially completed by the tenant and partially completed by the rent receiver), my rent is inclusive of all utilities and use of bathroom, kitchen water etc. for my apt #2 but food , transportation , clothing and other necessities are not included that’s why I buy my own food and other necessities. Also my intent to rent is for only one unit i.e. unit #2 of 671 Fennell Ave. East in Hamilton ontario Canada i.e. my ID address (I curtainized the door #2 of my apt in 2021 which was stolen and ripped several times by some negatively motivated people and haters.), I do not use adjacent unit #3 or any other unit in this building nor any of the shops below downstairs at the street level. Since my rent was all inclusive in this housing stability building, my rent was all inclusive, I do not owe any bills and it is not my responsibility to pay others bills. My rental documents is limited to only one unit i.e. Unit #2 and does not cover the entire building i.e. other commercial & non-commercial tenants and their usage of utilities and facilities.
Word restrictions is very ambiguous if and when used without context. In one’s adult life restrictions may mean punishment for some wrong doings as determined by the law of the land combined with other factors.It could mean religious restrictions, different in every religion and different in other parts of the world for the same religion due to interpretation and cultural and family influences and traditions etc.Rules which parents or elders make for children (age wise in legal sense) is basically for disciplining / up- bringing and for their own good to keep safe or due to the inability of children to do something / certain activities at a particular time in life before legal age and due to their inability to understand certain complexities. Those rules and limitations (some might use the word restrictions) of childhood become null and void automatically as the time passes or certain milestones and goals are achieved which were set by the parents.Moreover, during child hood there are other people around such as grand parents, uncles and aunts , cousins, elder brothers and sisters who can overrule parents punishments, restrictions or limitation by taking children out of the difficult situation. If relatives are not nearby then neighbouring families (neighbours with children) also get involved in such situations for peer to peer conversation/consolation. This is all part of the growing up, these punishments or disciplinary lessons are not for life time and end soon.Adults can choose as their own choice to live (or adopt) with certain restrictions and rules they learned from their parents and alter to suit current situations, needs / requirements of life.This is as per my experiences of life. This behaviour is not the same as restrictions imposed by society or the legal system on adults due to criminal negligence / violations etc. Even such restrictions have expiry or time limit on them and are imposed after due process.
To summarize the above family or parental restrictions become null and void and phase out after arriving at certain specific events and goals in life and after adults age different rule are used. Also after certain age parents give blanket permission by saying “do what ever you want to do” when some one is capable of this kind of permission as I was.
However legal restrictions for juvenile offenders may or may not continue depending on the legal requirements. I was never a legal offender as juvenile because I was very focussed all my childhood on my long term goal of becoming a professional which I achieved at the age of 24 in 1980 by becoming Electronics Engineer before continuing my higher education in the same field in Eindhoven Netherlands in January 1981.

This is based on my observations for the past nearly five years of living in this building 671 Fennell Ave. East in Hamilton as monthly rent paying tenant (not nightly tenant) and what I heard from people around me. Many people came around and left during this time without any interaction or contact with me. I live here in a certain way (self isolation) to avoid confrontation with others unnecessarily who I am not involved with and are not long term here any way. People might think I live like this due to restrictions, but I have no restrictions at all because I am non-criminal Citizen, I just have self imposed discipline (self isolation) as taught by my parents to stay out of trouble and to cause no trouble for others and I am looking forward and eager to go back to my previous contract work in Jubail, I have no interest in prolonging my tenancy in this building, not of my liking, I was trapped to rent in this building for others interest. When I tried to look for another place in Burlington / Hamilton area by the end of 2017 I was discouraged (prevented from moving) to do so , I have a feeling by manipulating the available places at that time (misuse of power and authority and interference in people’s lives). Recently I have received few robo calls about my Social Insurance Number. If any one is using or has used my social Insurance number xxx-xxx-766 should refrain from it. Some of My Canadian IDs were misplaced/stolen/taken from my possession in USA due to my non-criminal arrest in July 2005, which were replaced by Canadian Authorities in 2006 in Canada. This was reported to area police in USA where it happened by phone from Ottawa Ontario Canada. So if anyone out there used my IDs as opportunity, made a big mistake and should seek legal help about it because I am the original receiver of these IDs in 1994 after I arrived in Canada as Landed family in December 1993 at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. My IDs have been checked several times since than by various authorities and prison staff.
Primary reason for me participating in Ontario Works welfare (charity) as a recipient/participant for my survival was (and still is) due to lack of money or employment which happened due to my non-criminal deportation from USA. This (OW social assistance) was recommended to me by a law office in Ottawa in 2006 and by the Canadian Consulate (NY) in 2013 to apply for social assistance through Ontario Works to support myself temporarily. It was not mandatory for me to participate in this program, it just happened due to my lack of money and unemployment which was due to my non-criminal deportation from USA. I was employed in USA and was not on any charity program. (OW – Ontario Works is not same as Public Works, not even comparable).
In some of the buildings where I rented in the past it was offered to me to change my unit within the same building which I declined because I consider it better (if required) to rent another place instead of changing unit in the same building because I am not hiding from anyone. I have seen people change unit within the same building, At times I have seen them synchronize their movements with my “in” or “out” of the building. When I am in the building they are in a unit which they change and goto another unit when I step out.It is their choice not mine.
Unit 2 and Unit 3 door in the building 671 are in very close proximity so close that a person standing at one of these doors would appear to be standing at the other. So from a distance don’t be fooled by this deception that people might create in my regular absence by sitting or standing close to the doors to claim to be coming out of the my unit door #2 or waiting for me etc. I have no involvement with any one around my unit in my absence or presence, I am by myself a rent paying tenant as per details provided else where.
Recently it occured to me that I should clarify the following fact as well in addition to my previous precautionary notes that:
I am not associated with any of the activities or operations around me in Hamilton Canada or anywhere else, absolutely not. I did not appoint/did not authorize did not consent any one to represent me (neither to act like) anywhere for anything for any legal, any commercial or personal matters Absolutely NOT.
Please absolutely Do Not do any business or any transaction of any kind under my partial name without confirming it with me in person. Partial names can mean a different person by the complete name. No assumptions policy is the best policy to defeat the crime and impostors and deception.
I am not legally related (no blood family relations) to any one in Hamilton Canada as I declared before from Niagara Region as well, although all humans are related to each other spiritually, like cousins or some kind of brotherhood / sisterhood etc. But spiritual (or appointed) relationships must be known by all those who are perceived to be related by word of mouth. Otherwise one sided claims of a spiritual relationship is certainly illegal and a serious mistake which may lead to a disaster.
There may be other people by the same name as me “KHALID MAHMOOD”, however there are factors that make me different than the others, genetically my DNA, my height weight and other bio metrics, my date of birth, my parents, my other language (or mother language Urdu), my schooling, my graduation in Electronics in 1980 from Karachi, post graduation in 1981 from Eindhoven – I am the only person by this name and characteristics, my training with NEC Japan on certain specific computers only me by this name and characteristics, my Research work in Saudi Arabia, my training at Honey well college in Phoenix AZ in 1991 only me by this name, and many other characteristics that make me different than the others by the same name, People that I lived with, People that I worked with know me well. My children my family know me and can not be misguided.
No matter how much people misguide others about these facts, facts will never change and those who know facts will not believe lies although they may not express openly due to certain considerations. I am who I am, can never be changed. No one can hide the truth for ever, people might succeed in delaying the truth but truth comes out eventually no matter how long it takes.It is about a person (a specific person known to certain people) not just about a name, a name on a card or on a piece of paper or in conversation verbally without a living human associated with it is meaningless. For many months my monthly OW social assistance cheque was incomplete and is still incomplete. Incomplete cheque and deduction due to rent pay direct setup are two different matters not the same. Applied to Ottawa rooms located at 469 Gladstone, for a rental single unit. I am waiting for my Brown envelope from OW in Ottawa for the current period. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. I AM A VICTIM OF SERIOUS FRAUDS AND CRIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, SO (AUTHORITIES) PLEASE DO NOT VICTIMIZE ME FURTHER (i.e. investigate the crime not the victim). I visited OW office same day i.e. April 03 in the afternoon around 15h00, arrived here from Region of Peel of Canada via Toronto, I was at the Toronto Pearson airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia permanently, it is not for vacationing, it is about going back home, airlines please help me issue a emergency boarding pass or ticket for me, I am out of money. OW did not provide moving expenses from Brampton to Ottawa, OW did NOT provide housing upon arrival in Ottawa on April 03 afternoon, rather referred me to 311 which arranged a place for me at the Shelter. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. (my letter box was restored on February 06 of 2023 after a disruption of three weeks but I was evicted on February 17 Family Day 2023 weekend). I arrived in Brampton due to illegal occupation of my residence of over five years in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. I was in Brampton Ontario since July 22. (Today on April 15 of 2023 it has been almost a year since this illegal act was committed on Jun 19, still Canadian Govt. has not been able to help me out of this situation because the same situation still persists, despite me being in Canada, how will they help people outside Canada, where do they have more influence inside or outside the country). As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Crt. Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it was more than a month and half but still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia from Ottawa because as of April 03 of 2023 I have sheltered myself in Ottawa because OW stopped my rent in April 2023. Why ?? If they stop my rent they should issue a plane ticket for me to go back home permanently. ------------------------------------- I am not a twin, I am not a double and my three off springs are absent from my life for a long time so please do not be confused from me for my siblings or off springs or someone else or even from my father because my father died in 1981 in a different land and even if he was alive today he would have been 100 plus years of age. -----------------------------
So Why my rent money was stopped (incomplete partial cheque) by OW in April 2023. As a result of this I am in Shelter in Ottawa, In the shelter bed number is painted on the bed frame not on the locker door. Lockers placement is wrong to create a system of deception and misguided. I AM BLESSED THAT I AM HIGHLY QUALIFIED MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUABLE, SO I CAN NOT BE MADE DESTITUTE. All my correspondence/documents/letters were left behind at that address. Also I want to mention that since it was not my mission to live under the disguise of a destitute, no one can succeed in making me destitute. THIS MUST BE A disappointment FOR MY ENEMIES. When we landed in Canada in December 1993 I was reasonably wealthy to afford own rental apartment and not seek a shelter. 30 years in North America has depleted me of all of my financial resources and possessions but could not deplete me of my education, experience and discipline. Credit goes to my parents and their wisdom to raise me like the way I am today.
why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00.
(I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).

Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). I was evicted from this address by a handwritten note on Family Day 2023. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). NEW MAKERS CAN NOT SUCCEED BY ISOLATING ME FROM MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS, PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES AND REST OF THE WORLD.
