I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton Ontario at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East Ontario L8V 1V3 Canada without a court endorsed N4 document. I was sheltered at HHB housing support at 94 York Blvd in Hamilton Ontario L8R1R6 across from first Ontario Center (June 20 to July 22). as of December 01 0f 2022 I rented a room at 10 Conover CRT in Brampton, which was closed by some unknown people on Family Day 2023 weekend. My handwritten Four page Appeal Document written in my own handwriting — written in January 2023 was valid in February 2023 and will be valid in March 2023 as well. There have been more negative and discouraging developments after writing the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. Such tactics will not break me apart (absolutely NOT) to join them because such people have failed during the past 66 years of my age, and will fail further in future. Reminder to people who have experienced similar behaviour and treatment as what I have documented on my website and other social media such, Facebook, google, LinkedIn etc., to support me and provide me financial strength to deal with such uncertainty and harmful malicious intents treatment. please do quick fundraising for me and hand it to me in person without any third party person or agency, not even through govt. agency. Deal with me directly. Pay me directly and avoid middle man of the cash flow system. Hello People around me please do not punish me for unknown crimes or crimes of others, I do not believe in that system. I am not mentioning about sins because every body will have a different point of view about what a sin was. Crimes are determined based on law books which is easy to agree upon. I was not born neither raised in these environments, so please make it possible for me to return to my home in the country of my previous residence in Saudi Arabia. I used to live and work in Saudi Arabia and started a family with my mother’s approval and Saudi Arabian authorization. I want to go back and continue with that setup. I have given 30 years of my professional and personal life to North America with end result of nothing. Frequent evictions from my residential rented spaces for no crimes is very difficult to understand for me (malicious intents to cause harm in cold weather). It is difficult for me to handle because my parents are not around me to look after my interest and to guide me in difficult times. Social system here only tells me what they can not do when I mention my difficulty seeking their help. Easy solutions is that I must go back to my home far away. Other people who like to use my name in my presence (without my consent/information) can use it in my absence as well after I was gone. I need a plane ticket and one time use Passport (or perhaps upload a digital passport on my android phone). I will promise to pay the travel cost after I get my pay cheque. Frequent evictions in cold months of the year were well thought out and pre planned with malicious intents. Where do they expect people to go at night in cold, no warming Centres around, when other families and relatives are not around. Something to think about. Since Family Day 2023 week end I have no place to rest/sleep. I do not want to use shelters again, not safe for me. I have been through these shelters for very long time. Please send me back home where I lived before migration to Canada in 1993, even criminals get a chance to go back home. I have not committed any crimes. Frequent evictions are pre-planned to upset someone’s budget because in a housing people can manage their own consumption according to the money available, but when out of a regular place, it becones impossible to manage in OW social assistance money. No relatives around for help mean, it was done with malicious intents to cause harm. To buy three meals a day from restaurants and beverages outside in cold weather is impossible to manage within OW monthly amount. It is obvious that money will be spent faster when out of rented living space. There is no solution when need money before that next cheque, no relatives, no parents. Clearly well planned scheme to cause harm to people by evicting them in cold weather. This is a serious matter and hostility towards some people.
It is rulers responsibility to look after the interest of vulnerable people and prevent such evictions without giving them alternatives. Such lessons may be useful for disciplining of youth or school dropouts but to put a age senior person through such frequent evictions is clearly malicious intents to cause harm.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
Two sides of Ontario Works social assistance (OW staff vs OW recipients) dated March 08 of 2023

First time I needed OW social assistance (NOT the Public Works assistance) was in April 2006 as was advised by a lawyer of a neighbourhood law firm in Ottawa.
It was very confusing initially Ontario Works sounded like Public Works or something similar, after a bit of research it was established that Ontario works was govt. provided social assistance program in Ontario, where as Public Works was a organization at the federal level responsible for Engineering projects for the public, mostly civil construction.
Next OW (Ontario Works) has two roles like two sides of a coin. Provincial staff that administers/delivers OW services for the recipients and recipients of OW who apply for social assistance when in need of financial support. One side of OW is the staff or govt. Employees where as the other side of OW is the recipients who have no other sources to support themselves. Both sides would say they were on OW in less than perfect English language but in very different roles. In the beginning around 2006 it was difficult to understand this difference. I am not OW staff rather I am just OW recipients because of my financial situation.
While I was going through my old credit reports I realized that a sales person who was promoting a credit product in a mall or in a store entered OW Ontario Works as employment in the credit card application which was a serious mistake made by him. Credit card was not issued but credit report used to show OW as employment, I tried to fix the mistake in their reporting but was not fixed. Some people call money received from OW social assistance as Income which it is not because income goes through a different payroll processing where as social assistance payment does not have payroll processing.

Air Canada Flight AC 56 leaves tonight on March 07 of 2023 around 21h25. I demand this immigrants repatriation organization to put me on this flight as a passenger due to emergency and I will settle the price of the ticket after arrival at my destination YYZ to DMM via DXB.
One air Canada staff at the airport near aisle number #1 told me to call the air line directly to find out about the emergency flight. When I called the airline Air Canada using white phones , a person by the name of “Laura” answered the phone , but did not help me and did not arrange/give a emergency departure under “go back home” provision. Said check in was already closed for flight AC056.
I hope this new organization in Hamilton helps me arrange a flight for me under “go back home” provision within a day or two, without any delays.

I am in a hostile place. I have been forced out of my residence several time without court endorsed N4 document. I was kept unemployed for very long time. My social assistance OW was terminated at age 65 in December of 2021, which was reinstated in August 2022 in Brampton. Please take me to a safe place. Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. Since December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend by posting a handwritten note and change of street level entrance lock.
My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. Position of powers and authorities have no legal authority on common peoples assets, when such positions and authorities need something are required to buy from common people. In real world common people and dignitaries are not exchanging favours from one another, they have duties and responsibilities towards each other. So saying that you should believe us, makes no sense in common matters, it may make sense in political matters. Using somes name because of the reputation and goodwill (like a permit) with out permission is a serious crime and must not be allowed. It is like stealing someone’s franchise business. Positions of power and authorities should show higher level of moral grounds to the low level follower instead of becoming part of the problem. In simple words no one has the right or authority to use someone else’s name to operate their business without paying and without legal arrangements. A serious matter. I see no reason why gives. would steal from underprivileged. Business matters are protected by corporate laws.

I visited two community Centres, visited Malton Community Centre on March 02 of 2023 around 11h00 where people help people. I spoke to the staff about my two situations a place to sleep and a ticket to go back home (repatriation to conutry of my previous residence) to the country before immigration in 1993. They did not provide any solution and they could not connect me with any resources to deal with this situation. Communities should consider to do some fund raising to help me buy a plane ticket to go back home. I will promise to refund the cost of the travel after I get paid from my work in Saudi Arabia. It is very strange that they can not provide a community contact to sleep. They all just try to promote shelters. It was not part of my immigration application, requirement to live in shelters. Since 2005 I have been housed in shelters. I came to Canada to live in hoses not in public shelters. I was the owner of my own house in karachi in 80s, where my siblings and mither lived, but don’t call our houses shelters.
Every time they close my housing how much difficulty it causes in cold weather. It becomes difficult to keep the clothes clean, becomes difficult to take showers. For what reason. I wish everybody is subjected to this kind of treatment for learning purpose. They all should learn how to live like this. How many times this has been during the past six months. This was all pre-planned with malicious intents. A rocket scientist is not required to figure out this. I am human and have same right to live like other not less. I want to go back to where I was before coming to Canada. My mother did not ask me what will I do there. She approved it, I started my married life in Saudi Arabia, my first son was born there and we became from one (which was myself) to three. Later on in Canada we became five. No one in Pakistan asked me what will I do in Saudi Arabia or what will I do in Canada. I admit I made a mistake l, I want to rectify my mistake by going back to Canada.

Hello people of the world, please have some mercy on me. I need protection from rough and aggressive behaviour at my age of 66 years. This is abusive treatment at my age of 66. I need some serious financial aid (donations etc.) to get out of this negative spiral and to get into a positive spiral. Just Ontario works (govt. provided) financial assistance is not sufficient for any productive work or activity, it is a great system for short term survival, but not for long term, I was kept on this system for nearly 20 years which was too long for a qualified professional person. I am in a hostile place. I have been forced out of my residence several time without court endorsed N4 document. I was kept unemployed for very long time. My parents used to worry about me a lot and always tried to know my whereabouts and well-being, but for a different reason than the irrelevant people try to do. Many times search on me started and ended but for what reason started, remains a question unanswered.
In my opinion all these searches were for the impostors who were using my name or phonetically same sounding names just to build up negative momentum around the name while I was elsewhere. I was always where my family was before and after marriage as well. People live by themselves while living among their family and have their own separate rooms, that is living with the family and living alone as well depends on how one looks at it. But living alone does not mean living in a far flung isolated unknown wooded area far from the living beings, absolutely NO. Negatively motivated rumour mongers or chaos creators try to present that wrongfully to build a negative momentum around the person.
In Asian joint family system of living, when newly wedded couples live on their own away from the other relatives in a separate home or in a separate country as expatriate, is called living alone. Although the spouses and the children live together but that life style is known as living alone referring to living away from in-laws. So one must know the context and the real reason behind it, and not just take robot like interpretation of the word “alone” which can be very misleading and scary for some people.

Hello people of the world, please have some mercy on me and ease it up for me, most of my life I have under thus harsh treatment for no crimes committed. I need protection from rough and aggressive behaviour at my age of 66 years. This is abusive treatment at my age of 66. I need some serious financial aid (donations etc.) to get out of this negative spiral and to get into a positive spiral. Just Ontario works (govt. provided) financial assistance is not sufficient for any productive work or activity, it is a great system for short term survival, but not for long term, I was kept on this system for nearly 20 years which was too long for a qualified professional person. Help me get back to my normal track, after that I will be able to sustain it and also will be able to help others. Also I need a plane ticket to leave from Canada immediately One Way only, as I am opting out of Canadian Ship. Something to think about. There have been more negative and discouraging developments after writing the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. I am in a hostile place. I have been forced out of my residence several time without court endorsed N4 document. I was kept unemployed for very long time. My social assistance OW was terminated at age 65 in December of 2021, which was reinstated in August 2022 in Brampton. Please take me to a safe place. Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. Since December 01 of 2022 I am a tenant at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5.
My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. I want to roll back my life to a known and better past. I am doing reversal of my immigration of 1993 and Canadian Citizenship.

My recent Experience around Family Day 2023 (February 2023)

My recent experience is that some people in society here in Canada are putting others in public shelters for their own gain (which is not a desirable place to be), by intentions and planning as was done to to me around Family Day 2023. A handwritten note was used to stop me from entering my residential rented space on Feb 17, legal system and law enforcement is not quick enough and is not impartial, they look after certain people’s interest and ignore other people’s urgent situation. But this ruined Family Day 2023 for me. After that street level entrance door lock was changed to stop me from entering the house in cold weather without providing me an alternate accommodation. This provided people around me enough reason to send me public shelters. I spoke to seniors centre to find a solution, they involved a security guard who tried to made arrangements with a public shelter. Public shelters did not accept me and told me to go to a hotel. Because I already went through that shelter system from July 22 to December 01. So such people of social system are not sincere with the people in difficulty because they are creating situations to send people to shelter and eventually make them homeless. They could have chosen other dates for this chapter, to let me be at my rented place on Family Day 2023. What was the urgency to do it around the Family day weekend 2023.

This morning on February 21 of 2023 I called OW case worker of my file around 11h30 after lawyers call as per lawyer’s instructions conveyed the message to OW case worker.
My request to OW case worker on my file to make arrangements with the hotel to let me stay here, or issue vouchers for the payment. Or provide me a flight out of Canada immediately
I called OW case worker twice on February 21 of 2023 at 13h00 PM and around 11h30 AM. But my call was not answered and both times calls went into the voice mail box.
People on Ontario works have the eligibility to keep a car, a house and ten thousands dollars during OW program. But I was not given any this since ever I arrived on Canada in 1993, during OW program or before.
OW is not a destitute making program, not to my knowledge.

OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). NEW MAKERS CAN NOT SUCCEED BY ISOLATING ME FROM MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS, PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES AND REST OF THE WORLD.
