My handwritten Four page Appeal Document written in my own handwriting written in January 2023 still valid in February 2023 and in March 2023 as well. There have been new negative and discouraging developments after writing the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door just few days before Family Day 2023, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend which was seen by me on Family Day 2023, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. Such tactics will not break me apart (absolutely NOT) to join them because such people have failed during the past 66 years of my age, and will fail further in future. This will be a challenge for such people (who are obviously illiterate) to play honestly and to increase their literacy level (not just by showing degrees and certificates in possession but by actual learning and contributing towards the humanity intellectually and by work) and broaden their mind to understand others and get along with others i.e. tolerance and understanding towards others differeces. Four Weekends have passed since evictions (or evacuation) note on the door was seen Feb 17 – Feb 20, Feb 25 – Feb 26, March 4 – March 5, March 11 – March 12. 24 days, first ten days I used hotel and paid from my savings money, after that no place to rest/sleep. Since all my consumption of food and beverages is out of my residence, cost has gone up. OW monthly Money that would last a month when at home will come to an end earlier now and no solution in sight. I am in a hostile place. I have been forced out of my residence several time without court endorsed N4 document. I was kept unemployed for very long time. My social assistance OW was terminated at age 65 in December of 2021, which was reinstated in August 2022 in Brampton. Please take me to a safe place. Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. Since December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend by posting a handwritten note and change of street level entrance lock.
I have no place to sleep or rest since February 17 of 2023. I do not want to use public shelters again. When I have my own rented place I prepare my own meals indoors and consume my food indoors or in the parks picnic benches along the beaches etc. In winter such spaces are not useable. There is no well published information where to consume food in such situations/emergencies where there was no rental living place of my own. Social Services must make arrangement with the mall food courts, libraries, cafeterias and other Community Centres etc. to allow people to use their spaces with personal food when they show a permit or card etc. or need of it for legitimate reason. This treatment is very humiliating for any human being that there was no proper space to consume meals around a table or in a private space. Even before mankind started building houses they used private spaces in certain occasions and eating meals of the day was one of such occasion which were made of trees or rocks or bamboo or log cabins or simple huts or tents etc. Modern society should do better than evicting people for political or ambitious reasons without a just cause and without providing a alternate system to carry on with the living.
Something to think about.
My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. I want to roll back my life to a known and better past. I am doing reversal of my immigration of 1993 and Canadian Citizenship.

At Toronto Pearson airport in Peel Region of Ontario Canada.
I saw a darker skin color husky big boy (with over grown curly hair sticking out in all directions like chia head) sitting in the same area where I was sitting and few other airport staff (3 women and one man Bengali accent conversation) were sitting chatting with each other. The dark skin boy looked like similar to the one seen at the Bob Callahan Senior Recreation Centre in Brampton. A woman came to the boy and said you can go home. Few minutes later a man came towards me, stopped few steps away from where I was sitting, mumbled something as if he was saying something to me and left quickly. I tried to track him by following him but he disappeared somewhere.

Is there a alternate to passport requirement for travel. I was evicted on Family Day 2023 (Friday Feb 17) for no legal reason from my rented residential place. Since than I have been trying to go back home where I came from 30 years ago. Airlines are telling me requirements which are impossible to fulfill. How to obtain a passport after eviction without a residential address in the country. I need lawyers or passport office/Govt. of Canada to make me understand, can airport be used as an address. Alternatively issue a digital travel document for me to leave from Canada to satisfy the airlines requirement. This is beyond urgent. It has been over five weeks that I am without a place to sleep, I need to go back home. Please take it seriously. I have no place to rest or sleep since Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 of 2023. Eviction note should be sufficient for the air line to allow someone to board the plane. I just now few minutesago spoke to the Air India AI 188 check in counter staff around 11h45 on 03/25/2023 but staff did not let me board the plane because check in was already closed, and asked me to show up early around xxxxx on March 26 of 2023. (Terminal 1 aisle 6). Air India staff please email me a boarding pass, allow me to board the plane on 03/26/2023, I will settle my cost of travel after arrival at the destination i.e. Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
Emirates flight EK 242 is boarding, I am waiting around the check in counters if they let me board the flight before departure.
Govt. Of Canada (or the King of England because Canada is a Common wealth Country) should provide me means to go back home of my residence before immigration to Canada in 1993. I am highly qualified and experienced professional arrived as landed family in Canada in 1993, I did not change my status after arrival, (many professionals arrive as visitor and change status, a known fact), I arrived with legal status, so why this treatment was given to me. I demand the King of England because of common wealth association to repatriate me immediately back to my previous country of residence i.e. Saudi Arabia. Since Govt. of Canada has failed to provide me safe accommodation, it is King of England’s responsibility to look after my interest and well being and return me immediately to my home in Jubail Saudi Arabia. How to get a passport after eviction without an address in the country. Is it allowed to use previous address (where eviction note was seen on the door). Someone please explain these matters to me.
Link to the threatening note is given below. After this eviction how to get a passport. I am opting out of Canadian Citizenship and want to go back home where I came from originally. Govt. of Canada and higher authorities should provide a solution to this matter urgently. Or they should issue a digital document by email sent to my phone for the airlines requirements. Revenue Canada uses email to send messages, similarly Passport Canada can use email to send emergency documents by emails. Something to think about.

Meals delivery. Attention Knightstable Food bank meals program located at 287 Glidden Rd #4, Brampton, ON L6W 1H9, 905-454-8725 terminal 1 aisle 13, level 3, I am waiting here for my flight EK242 going back home permanently. I need my meals delivered here at the airport as a guest and OW recipient. On March 24 of 2023, I Called the Knightstable asking them to deliver my meals to me at the airport, I spoke to two women of the food bank, kaur and another woman from the kitchen, but they did not help to bring my meals to the airport.
OW case worker of my file (ext. 8118) and/or ODSP coordinator of my file should arrange meals for me or deposit money in my account to enable me to buy meals at the airport terminal 1. This is serious matter that no one is taking interest in my difficulty at the airport.
Thanks to Peel Region switchboard staff at 1-800-327-5379 who transferred my call to the Knightstable food bank. But the Knightstable staff refused to provide me meals here at the airport. Someone please help me with meals for me at the airport until I get my flight out of Toronto Pearson International airport. If they don’t have a system setup to deliver meals, they can provide meals vouchers or tickets or something else similar to redeem at the restaurants/vendors at the airport.
Perhaps retailers were using me as a medium to steal my food and supplies for a long time (as a fun and game turned into a criminal skill which has serious implications) and passing them to others, by showing or using my presence to run their operations, alternatively their system of stealing has evolved over the years so much that they instantaneously adjust to my presence (if my presence was not appointment based / scheduled), so if a friend or family etc. wants to give me something through a retailer, they (i.e. retailer) steal it before it reaches me, and pass it on to someone else of their liking and use me as a medium (meaning they got something because of me or through me), that’s why I don’t use medium beverages, I use either small or large. A pipe is a medium for fluids to flow through from one end to the other, overall amount of the fluid is reduced due to, leakage, absorption, evaporation etc, by the system which reduces overall quantity and may be considered as the share paid to the system or cost of operating. So even if the thieves consider me as a medium they should pay me my share for using me as medium. But they don’t have the courtesy and do not obey the laws of such games, because they are all like minded, same habit (as I predicted several years ago) parasites and leeches who use others as their food/chain of supply and must be kept away from normal humans for humans survival. Otherwise such creatures will take over. They don’t have any ability of their own, perhaps little babies can teach them few things.

My social assistance OW was terminated at age 65 in December of 2021, which was reinstated in August 2022 in Brampton. Please take me to a safe place. Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. Since December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend by posting a handwritten note and change of street level entrance lock.
I have no place to sleep or rest since February 17 of 2023. I do not want to use public shelters again. When I have my own rented place I prepare my own meals indoors and consume my food indoors or in the parks picnic benches along the beaches etc. In winter such spaces are not useable. There is no well published information where to consume food in such situations/emergencies where there was no rental living place of my own. Social Services must make arrangement with the mall food courts, libraries, cafeterias and other Community Centres etc. to allow people to use their spaces with personal food when they show a permit or card etc. or need of it for legitimate reason. This treatment is very humiliating for any human being that there was no proper space to consume meals around a table or in a private space. Even before mankind started building houses they used private spaces in certain occasions and eating meals of the day was one of such occasion which were made of trees or rocks or bamboo or log cabins or simple huts or tents etc. Modern society should do better than evicting people for political or ambitious reasons without a just cause and without providing a alternate system to carry on with the living.
Something to think about.
My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. On March 24 of 2023, I Called the Knightstable asking them to deliver my meals to me at the airport, I spoke to two women of the food bank, kaur and another woman from the kitchen, but they did not help to bring my meals to the airport.
OW case worker of my file should arrange meals for me or deposit money in my account. This is serious matter that no one is taking interest in my difficulty at the airport.
Thanks to Peel Region switchboard staff at 1-800-327-5379 who transferred my call to the Knightstable food bank. Someone please help me with meals for me at the airport until I get my flight out of Toronto.

Terminologies that are used in Prison environments and out of Prison environments have very different meanings for the same words.
Example: items considered contrabands in Prison are different than the items considered contrabands outside the prisons.
In the context of Prison environments, life outside prison is considered street life. But when in freedom (i.e. outside prison) words street life conveys different meaning legally and socially. In freedom, street life (living on the streets) is not accepted socially by the society and qualified and professionals. In free society street life and family life are two entirely different life styles. Socially street life (living on the streets) is not acceptable by everyone. Street life is better than prison life but not desirable when compared to family or home life by most people’s standards.
So when some people say they want someone to see living on the street or eat on the street, or do to things in the open, one must be very careful and clear about understanding the context or reasoning/meaning behind such a desire. Perhaps they were just talking about life outside Prison (i.e. life of freedom).
Life outside prison (in prison context, life on the street) can be considered as freedom. But when in family environments, in comfortable and protected modern houses environments street life is not acceptable at all. So street life does not necessarily means outdoors on the streets under open sky, in cold weather, rain, in ditches, dirt and under bridges or in boxes etc. it simply refers to freedom out of prison.
To summarize when talking in the environments of prison, street life (or freedom) is desirable. However when not in prison, street life is not desirable over home life by most. Context of these words and terminologies is very important to understand and requires depth and maturity.
Some people might prefer living under the sky over living in a home environment as a matter of choice or as their own philosophy towards life, but does not apply to every one.
I was born and raised in a home environment and grew up in home environments under the watchful eyes of my parents and grand parents, and prefer to continue that kind of life under self supervision which is freedom for me, may not be freedom for others.
There is no professional and highly qualified person who would choose street life over home life (both are life of freedom just different wordings). Children are taught to go through tough life in early years to learn from books and get good grades which is very tough so that later in life they have better living at home not the street living (context here is outside prison). Living at home in family environments is not prison life. That is normal life. That’s why I want to go back to my past life, to live a life that my parents gave me (i.e. home life) not the 24 hours outdoor life. Outdoors living for few hours may be acceptable but not 24 hours outdoors living for more than a month. Not acceptable because that was not my goal upon arrival in Canada.

I am not out of town, I am in GTA/Peel Region of Ontario Canada, places connected by municipal or GO transit. My rental address was in municipality of Brampton but there were mississauga transit buses all around. Similarly Bramalea is an area in municipality of Brampton. Bramalea is not another town. Bramalea has two transportation hubs, one is near the railway line called BRAMALEA GO centre with a big parking building. The other transportation hubs is called BRAMALEA bus terminal which is located near the Bramalea City Centre Mall and Peel Region Govt. buildings. But Bramalea is not another town/city, is part of Brampton municipality.
Missed calls (or unanswered calls) is not a flag of or indication of person absent neither any other kind of indication on unanswered mobile phones/calls, people can take mobile phones with them when travelling away and receive and answer the calls if they wish to. However missed calls (or unanswered calls) was a indication in the past, of a person being away from home when Landlines were used and mobile phones were not invented.
On mobile phones missed call may indicate some other issues (but not necessarily person away from home). With the advancement of technology interpretations around unanswered or missed calls must also be adjusted to reflect the reality of the current times. Same interpration of the past can not be used.

Knightstable food bank (meals program) denied to give me my meal on March 18 of 2023 (Saturday) around 16h12 PM. Very strange behaviour towards me. (Same woman who asked me a dollar few days ago when I was there to pick up my meal). I am authorized by OW and due to high rental rental amount which, to take three meals from Knightstable, but I occasionally take only one meal for dinner or lunch, most of the time I come out of knights table without a meal. What happened today was very relevant to my earlier postings about frequent evictions to take away my ability to do my grocery and meals myself at home indoors, doing meals and beverages outdoors results in budget upset and financial crisis before the end of the month and before next cheque deposit. These social programs were supposed to be helping people to give people hope and get back to normalcy, but it turned out that implementations of these programs is just opposite and is used to destabilize the normalcy of the participants. Very disturbing. Society, Scholars, intellectuals and social experts who design, audit and implement these programs should look into the hidden and not seen features. When people go through these programs for a long period of time (10 to 20 years period) than those hidden aspects are uncovered and become visible, and are not noble. (Just few months ago a shelter where I was sheltered after Hamilton in 2022 was not setup properly for my meals, kitchen staff was not able to include my correct name on the meals list, so kitchen was serving me meals under a different name as a favour. As a result of that I stopped using shelter meals service and opted for the Knightstable meals program staring from October 04 of 2022 after completing necessary paperwork.)

Even before mankind started building houses they used private spaces in certain occasions and eating meals of the day was one of such occasion which were made of trees or rocks or bamboo or log cabins or simple huts or tents etc. Modern society should do better than evicting people for political or ambitious reasons without a just cause and without providing a alternate system to carry on with the living.
Something to think about.
My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. There have been new negative and discouraging developments after writing the appeal document in January 2023 such as letter box and mail issue, handwritten eviction notice placed on my door just few days before Family Day 2023, change of lock to block my entry into the house around Family Day 2023 weekend which was seen by me on Family Day 2023, these new discouraging developments have been documented on my website. There seems to be no end to such negativity and harmful tactics for unknown purpose which was obviously not noble. Such tactics will not break me apart (absolutely NOT) to join them because such people have failed during the past 66 years of my age, and will fail further in future. This will be a challenge for such people (who are obviously illiterate) to play honestly and to increase their literacy level (not just by showing degrees and certificates in possession but by actual learning and contributing towards the humanity intellectually and by work) and broaden their mind to understand others and get along with others i.e. tolerance and understanding towards others differeces. World can not be governed by illiterate work force and illiterate dignitaries. Currently situated in Region of Peel of Canada waiting for flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia.

Four Weekends have passed since evictions (or evacuation) note on the door was seen Feb 17 – Feb 20, Feb 25 – Feb 26, March 4 – March 5, March 11 – March 12. 24 days, first ten days I used hotel and paid from my savings money, after that no place to rest/sleep. Since all my consumption of food and beverages is out of my residence, cost has gone up. OW monthly Money that would last a month when at home will come to an end earlier now and no solution in sight. Mississauga and Brampton locations of ODSP do not have access to it. Perhaps because originally the file belongs to the Hamilton office of ODSP other offices can not view it in other cities. I visited the Mississauga and Brampton locations of ODSP and called the Hamilton location to talk to them about my ODSP file. Also visited the Landlord tenant board around same after visiting the ODSP offices.
For those who missed the following sequence of events of my life.
My Ontario Works Social assistance file was terminated in December of 2021 due to my age of 65 years which disrupted my OW social assistance, so age became an invisible disability. Not all the disabilities are visible.
For several months OW did not start my social assistance, so there was no alternative for me except to apply for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 or go back home to country of my previous residence.
My application for ODSP was taken over the phone which was completed and approved in one session of about 40 minutes conversation and information exchange at my Hamilton address of five years at Fennell Ave. East.
Malicious intents. My OW File was terminated since December 2021 and I was evicted from my residence of over 5 years in Hamilton, which was within 40 days from my ODSP file approval on May 10 of 2022 in Hamilton.
On June 19th of 2022 my residence of over five years was taken over by illegal hostile entry. I tried to go back home to my previous country of residence in Saudi Arabia, made an effort of going to airport etc. Did not happen. However this illegal takeover of my residence (or eviction, evacuation) caused disruption in my life. My OW social assistance was discontinued for several months, and as result of this eviction my ODSP program processing was disrupted.
As a result of the above actions and based on others advice I sheltered myself at a Public Shelter located on York St. in Hamilton starting from June 20th and it was documented in the paper work of the shelter intake that my immediate need was to go back home to my previous country of residence Saudi Arabia where I lived before immigration to Canada in 1993. Shelter did not provide me a flight back hone after the intake was completed.
On July 22 of 2022 Shelters in Hamilton were full and meals were not available which prompted me to contact a provincial information service at 211, who referred me to a shelter in Mississauga.
So From July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered in a Brampton Shelter. My OW (was a incomplete cheque for few months) was started in August 2022 by the Peel Region Human services department. I pursued OW again and updated my whereabouts with ODSP Hamilton as well.
During my search for a residential rental place wehen I was at the shelter, I was contacted by some one for a rental place and started my residency at 10 Conover CRT in Brampton as a tenant.
This tenancy was disrupted on Family Day 2023 on February 17 of 2023 to displace, misplace and to disrupt my life/residence.
I contacted ODSP locations again but they were not able to located my file, so I contacted the original office where I applied for ODSP in Hamilton. Also submitted a verbal application to the Community Legal Clinic in Brampton for my ODSP on March 15 of 2023 around 16h15.
It has been nearly one year since my ODSP application was processed/approved but no money was issued to me yet by ODSP program. I wonder why. I am fully setup electronically with this province and my physical location is immaterial due to such frequent evictions/evacuations by others launched on me.
Misc. before June 19 of 2022
A tall boy (his height was about the height of the door frame. He used to stretch his body vertically such that top of his head used to touch the frame of the door and nearly block the door) worker of the building who entered my apartment unauthorized without my permission on June 19 of 2022 started frequently coming to the building (671 Fennell Ave. East) around April of 2022 and started engaging me, I used to keep my door #2 open to show my presence and to make it easy for others to talk to me with open doors policy. He argued about something with me on Easter weekend Friday, Sunday or Monday in 2022 few times. Door mat, door curtain, LED door lights was stolen etc. It was also noticed that he was using adjacent unit #3 for hiding purpose. He lived elsewhere somewhere in Stoney Creek and drove a GMC truck, to come to the building 671 frequently.

1) any documents issued in Canada by the department of police or any other authorities must be in my complete name “KHALID MAHMOOD” must also include my Canadian ID numbers, gender “MALE” and date of birth as well in addition to current ID address. Also a picture must be affixed on the papers as they have on release documents or from Ontario licence records.

I was divorced in 2005 in USA by the other spouse. I did not abandoned my family, I was completely ignored by not giving me access to my rights after divorce. Rather I was imprisoned after divorce to prevent me from seeking my legal rights. I am non-criminal, I am highly qualified professional. Lawyers and legal system of Bucks County Pennsylvania in USA have all the necessary details about this matter. Well documented. I was deprived of my rights as a father and as a head of my family. This was a marriage of 1989 which took place else where (outside of North America) long before immigration to Canada, and ended in USA in 2005 in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
I want to go back home, I have been telling this to various case workers of Ontario Works in Niagara Region, Hamilton, and Brampton, was documented on my OW File as well by the previous case workers since 2013.
I need help from a organization who can repatriate me back to my previous country of residence. I came to Canada as a free person out of my own will and with sufficient funds to support myself and my family without using social system. I paid for my own and family travel expenses, housing expenses and everything in between. We came with lot of luggage and valuables, all gone, nothing in my possession. I filed my world income declaration as well with my first tax filing to Revenue Canada. Everything was well documented since the begining.
Delaying my repatriation going back home to my previous country of residence is also with malicious intents to implicate me in some legal problems which were non existing before. Lack of money, lack of housing, lack of employment/source of employment/absence of family around me can result in some form of legal complications which can be avoided by simply repatriating me to my previous country immediately. This is my early reading/interpretations of this delaying and not giving me a flight. This recent episode of evictions (or evacuations) has been going on since June 19 of 2022 which was started in Hamilton (almost nine months ago. It would have costed perhaps just one third to issue me a plane ticket in June of 2022 on the same night i.e. June 19 of 2022 instead of keeping me on social assistance and shekters for nine months). I should have been given a repatriation at that time in June 2022 instead of delaying so much. This is procrastination with negative intentions (or malicious intents). I am not asking anyone to change their system or behaviour, I am just requesting to send me back home where I came from many years ago i.e. 30 years ago.
Some people were making efforts and planning to cause harm to me by procrastinating and stopping money. I was attacked and robbed (OW case worker and NRPS police knows about it) in Niagara Falls in Feb 2017. A threatening text message was sent to my phone in Hamilton with a planned date of arrest which came out to be real and I was imprisoned in Hamilton for 24 hours on day after remembrance day in 2018. Two small dogs attacks in Hamilton and one dog attack in Ottawa were also included in this package. It is highly questionable to put me through all this without a family support or a neutral support system of my own in case of emergency, no financial resources available either. This must stop immediately, I must be given a flight to go back home of my previous country of residence, I must be provided safe and free of stress environments to deal with it. Purpose of my immigration was not to learn this. This was all being done to me with malicious intents. I need protection from it. I am not in Canada on any assignment or training etc. I arrived here as landed immigrant 30 years ago, now for the past ten years I have been communicating through my OW case workers and web sites that I want to go back home permanently and not maintain the Citizenship. By the end of this year I will be 67 years of age.
This has nothing to do with my past i.e. prior to immigration life because I have been a non-criminal person though out my life. Always busy with my education and work or errands for parents. If there were any issues from my past, would have been discussed at the time of immigration because I went through a very detailed process to obtain immigration before arriving in Canada. After arrival went through many clearances and back ground checks for employment and citizenship purposes, always non-criminal, since 2005 on OW social assistance (not by my choice but by circumstances) always attending audits, mandatory meetings, attending information sessions, employment shows etc. Always fulfilling requirements of OW, so I was put through a very thorough process all these years (30 years in North America and 15 years before), so I see no reason for not letting me go back home. I was not involved in any prohibited activity or groups.

Hello People around me please do not punish me for unknown crimes or crimes of others, I do not believe in that system. I am not mentioning about sins because every body will have a different point of view about what a sin was. Crimes are determined based on law books which is easy to agree upon. I was not born neither raised in these environments, so please make it possible for me to return to my home in the country of my previous residence in Saudi Arabia. I used to live and work in Saudi Arabia and started a family with my mother’s approval and Saudi Arabian authorization. I want to go back and continue with that setup. I have given 30 years of my professional and personal life to North America with end result of nothing. Frequent evictions from my residential rented spaces for no crimes is very difficult to understand for me (malicious intents to cause harm in cold weather). It is difficult for me to handle because my parents are not around me to look after my interest and to guide me in difficult times. Social system here only tells me what they can not do when I mention my difficulty seeking their help. Easy solutions is that I must go back to my home far away. Other people who like to use my name in my presence (without my consent/information) can use it in my absence as well after I was gone. I need a plane ticket and one time use Passport (perhaps electronic passport on my phone). I will promise to pay the travel cost after I get my pay cheque. Frequent evictions in cold months of the year were well thought out and pre planned with malicious intents. Where do they expect people to go at night in cold, no warming Centres around, when other families and relatives are not around. Something to think about. Since Family Day 2023 week end I have no place to rest/sleep. I do not want to use shelters again, not safe for me. I have been through these shelters for very long time. Please send me back home where I lived before migration to Canada in 1993, even criminals get a chance to go back home. I have not committed any crimes. Frequent evictions are pre-planned to upset someone’s budget because in a housing people can manage their own consumption according to the money available, but when out of a regular place, it becones impossible to manage in OW social assistance money. No relatives around for help mean, it was done with malicious intents to cause harm. To buy three meals a day from restaurants and beverages outside in cold weather is impossible to manage within OW monthly amount. It is obvious that money will be spent faster when out of rented living space. There is no solution when need money before that next cheque, no relatives, no parents. Clearly well planned scheme to cause harm to people by evicting them in cold weather. This is a serious matter and hostility towards some people.
It is rulers responsibility to look after the interest of vulnerable people and prevent such evictions without giving them alternatives. Such lessons may be useful for disciplining of youth or school dropouts but to put a age senior person through such frequent evictions is clearly malicious intents to cause harm.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.

First time I needed OW social assistance (NOT the Public Works assistance) was in April 2006 as was advised by a lawyer of a neighbourhood law firm in Ottawa.
It was very confusing initially Ontario Works sounded like Public Works or something similar, after a bit of research it was established that Ontario works was govt. provided social assistance program in Ontario, where as Public Works was a organization at the federal level responsible for Engineering projects for the public, mostly civil construction.
Next OW (Ontario Works) has two roles like two sides of a coin. Provincial staff that administers/delivers OW services for the recipients and recipients of OW who apply for social assistance when in need of financial support. One side of OW is the staff or govt. Employees where as the other side of OW is the recipients who have no other sources to support themselves. Both sides would say they were on OW in less than perfect English language but in very different roles. In the beginning around 2006 it was difficult to understand this difference. I am not OW staff rather I am just OW recipients because of my financial situation.
While I was going through my old credit reports I realized that a sales person who was promoting a credit product in a mall or in a store entered OW Ontario Works as employment in the credit card application which was a serious mistake made by him. Credit card was not issued but credit report used to show OW as employment, I tried to fix the mistake in their reporting but was not fixed. Some people call money received from OW social assistance as Income which it is not because income goes through a different payroll processing where as social assistance payment does not have payroll processing.

March 06 of 2023 (around noon time), I called the housing (in Hamilton) to relate to my previous housing applications since I lived in Niagara Region in January 1993 after release from prison in USA. Through this phone contact I found a useful information about another organization that helps people repatriation to the country of previous residence, i.e. where I came from. Air Canada Flight AC 56 leaves tonight on March 07 of 2023 around 21h25. I demand this immigrants repatriation organization to put me on this flight as a passenger due to emergency and I will settle the price of the ticket after arrival at my destination YYZ to DMM via DXB.
One air Canada staff at the airport near aisle number #1 told me to call the air line directly to find out about the emergency flight. When I called the airline Air Canada using white phones , a person by the name of “Laura” answered the phone , but did not help me and did not arrange/give a emergency departure under “go back home” provision. Said check in was already closed for flight AC056.
I hope this new organization in Hamilton helps me arrange a flight for me under “go back home” provision within a day or two, without any delays.

I am located within the Region of Peel of Canada, at the Toronto Pearson airport Terminal 1 waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, airlines please help me issue a emergency ticket for me, I am out of money. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). NEW MAKERS CAN NOT SUCCEED BY ISOLATING ME FROM MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS, PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES AND REST OF THE WORLD.
