My rent receiver just spoke to me around 12h30, I asked him how he wants to receive the current months rent cash or E-Transfer. He replied he will use the deposit rent for January 2023 and wants me to vacate the room by the end of the month. He did not agree to receive the rent for current month because his cousin were coming from overseas and he wants to keep his cousins with him in this house at 10 Conover Court. He offered me to find another place for me. I said if he can find another place for me why not house his cousins in that place.
