Around 11h50 rent receiver went upstairs, I was eating my chicken noodle soup, he commented on the smell of it. Perhaps he was not used to chicken noodle soup ” اتنا گندہ سوپ ھے یہ” , I bought the soup locally, I said this is Canadian Soup. He closed my door before enter the master bedroom, I opened my door again slightly for air circulation.

I think he should get used to this kind of food as well (for taste and smell).

I have stepped out of the house but will be back soon, just for a little bit (perhaps couple of hours) around noon time for my walk, some errands, etc. But I can be contacted by SMS or call at 289-990-6590. East bound Traffic was moving very slowly. So it took longer. A vehicle collision in East bound lane was blocking and slowing down the traffic. Got back to my place at ID address by 18h00 via a different routing.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.

I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.

This has been done to me multiple times, perhaps more than four times reasons

PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

Attention Canada Post, (mechanical malfunction within two weeks) I finally got the correct keys for my mail box and got access to my mail. Emptied the box which was full of previous uncollected mail and flyers, I have returned the previous letters found in the box to a RPO in the area, I have returned two packages as well to RPO at night around 21h00 found in compartment 2B. Please note that I did not authorize, did not delegate anyone to receive anything (letter, packages etc.) from Canada Post on my behalf. Posted December 29 of 2022. Suddenly keys stopped working in the mail box assigned to me at my ID address on January 16 of 2022 as was found in the afternoon of the day, which I reported to Canada post to find out if this was due to ice build up inside the lock, or a mechanical malfunction or something else. A service ticket was issued verbally over the phone, which was documented in an email sent to me, and I was told that a Canada Post technician will check the lock to find out the reason for it..

Canada Post staff called me around noon time on January 17 of 2023 while I was waiting at the Wellington bus stop south bound heading home for lunch and to check my mail box. I tried my keys before 13h00, keys did not unlock the box. Something serious.

I would not consider it a secure system or method at all. It has tremendous uncertainty and loop holes built into it. Mail delivery system should be robust. Most of these Canada Post RPOs have mailboxes placed on the premises of the store, that’s where mail should be delivered for those who opt (choose) for mail delivery at the RPO box. Any issues can be dealt with immediately with staff. Or Canada Post should continue with the ancient door to door deliver system. People should be given multiple options to choose from how they want to receive their mail. From legal point of view it is crucial that people get their mail with certainty. By not delivering mail to the owner, some one can create the deception that no one lives there at the address. Another possibility is to deliver the mail and packages to the addressed person in hand. A serious flaw in the system.

Or bring a mail delivery van to the street and people should come out to receive the letters, like coming out for a ice cream vendor in the old days.

I called Canada Post from the civic centre to update them about this lock and key situation, I have no unfreezing kit/supplies, I just relied on weather warm up to unfreeze it, the ticket # issued on Jan 16 for weather related or mechanical malfunction was closed and another ticket was issued.

I have no access to my letters in the box due to a malfunction (key not inserting fuuly) since January 16 of 2023. January 15 was Sunday, did not open the box to check for my mail. Last day I opened the box was January 14 of 2023. First day I opened the box at this address was December 29 of 2022.

One suggestion: Canada Post should consider to use RPO facilities for letter boxes to distribute/deliver mail to it’s customers. Also stop using mechanical lock and key system, rather use Amazon style lockers which operate with smart phones technology, blue tooth, wifi etc.

I received a call from Canada Post regarding the ongoing matter of mail access and letter box unlocking issue as I was getting ready to head out around 08h00. (On 01/24/2023)

Approached the area Member of Parliament on 01/24/2023 to look into this issue, also wrote an email describing the matter, that just after two weeks access to my mail and the mail box, a mechanical malfunction or some other defect caused the box not to open. (Keys not inserting fully to open the box).

In addition to above, also placed an order with Canada Post to hold my mail which costed me $25.71, Canada Post should refund this fee because cause of it is Canada Post itself and hold mail must be effective January 16 of 2023 to protect my mail.

I got the working keys to my mail box and access to the contents of the mail box on December 29 of 2022 between 10h30 and 11h00.

I was NOT GETTING MY LETTERS/MAIL regularly delivered to me since I was displaced on June 19 of 2022 from my Residence of over five years in Hamilton. Canada Post has not setup my mail delivery yet at my current address 10 Conover Court, Brampton Ontario L6Y3J5 as of 12/28/2022. I am not sure who is using my letters or mail or what is all behind this. If any one was seen with my letters showing or using for any purpose will be unauthorized and illegal and must be reported to me immediately. Canada Post has issued three service request tickets in December 2022 for mail delivery which I find very unusual. I am requesting people not to use and not to steal any of my letters, it will be a serious mistake.

According to a case worker OW IVR has been discontinued and is not in use anymore. In my opinion unwise decision made by the relevant officials, because IVR was very useful to obtain file information, cheque information, payment date and other updates etc. Although the provincial Govt. has modernized and is using a web based program for similar functionalities as IVR. Web based system is less secure than the IVR because a user ID and login combination can be used to log into the OW file from anywhere in the world, which can be misused and can result in frauds and complications for the OW recipient. I opted not to use it and did not create a login on my file. posted 10/25/2022 Updated December 27 of 2022

Peel region offices including OW were closed during holidays and will reopen on January 03 of 2023. When I called Peel region number on December 27 of 2022 around 16h15, a recorded message suggested various options to find out the details about the most recent cheque and one of the options heard in the message transferred me to my favourite IVR system of OW, I keyed in the information to get to my file but after all the necessary authentications I heard a message that I have no access to my information. I find this very strange. OW IVR was still in use as of 12/27/2022 which was in contradiction to the information provided to me by a case worker in October of 2022. Since the OW IVR is still alive, why my file was not fixed to provide me access to my information, i.e. during such extended closure due to Christmas and new year holidays.

Finally I got access to the contents of my mail box. I found lot of junk mail, mail with unknown names, one letter address to my rent receiver but with a slightly different spellings + with a “v” instead of “w”) and I found three envelopes from Peel region addressed to me. On December 29 of 2022 between 10h30 and 11h00.

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.
(occurances of similar behaviour in Ottawa and Fairless Hills not counted here).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. I want to roll back my life to a known and better past. I am doing reversal of my immigration of 1993 and Canadian Citizenship.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

Respect or No respect is nothing more than inferiority or superiority complex in some (depending on which way interpreted) peoples minds or just a dumb weapon for those who want to start a war of words and disputes. Some people will always say that you should respect without any reason. Because they consider themselves above (or superior than) others but when they can not maintain that false superiority or when lose an argument they will say you should respect for no reason. It is just in their minds that when they were respected and they when were not respected depending on when they loose or win a situation.

words like short, tall, dark, rich, poor, fat, thin, ruud/rood, manners, attitude, light, heavy, respect, disrespect, No respect etc. are all vague words perhaps useful to describe fuzzy logic in computer programming. when talking about sizes, weight, measurements other human attributes etc., educated people should talk with clarity with numbers and units to describe these sizes, weight and measurements instead of using fuzzy language. Listeners should also reject such crooks, swindlers people who use fuzzy language, fuzzy words to cause confusion to benefit from it or to cause a disadvantage for targeted individuals. Perhaps such fuzzy words may be acceptable in gossipy conversation sessions, but not in serious matters.

ANOTHER ABUSE MOUNTED ON A AGE SENIOR (i.e. the undersigned). I NEED LEGAL PROTECTION FROM THIS ABUSE. My Rent receiver was trying to change the configuration of this room after I rented it on December 01. Rent Receiver disturbed me in my sleep at 23h30 on December 03. He wanted to show the room at this time to make it a double occupancy room. This is very disturbing. This room is a small size room just suitable for single occupancy not suitable for double occupancy. This was not agreed before renting here. Rent paid on December 02

My rent receiver disturbed me in my sleep at 23h30 on December 03. He wanted to show the room around midnight to make it a double occupancy room. This is very disturbing. This room is a small size room for single occupancy not suitable for double occupancy. Lawyers should look into this and help me deal with this situation. I just moved here on December 01 and he has started creating problems. I need to add some furniture, a sofa, a chair, a desk, a cabinet etc. in this room, there is no space for second person. $500 per month is high rent for just one bed without any furniture. what are the standards for renting a rooms in Ontario if any.

1) He knocked again on my door around 09h30 on December 04 of 2022 to show the room to a man. 2) Rent receiver engaged me around noon time in the hallway with another person objecting to my postings and his name on my website. He has objection to my legal protection etc. Rent receiver and few other people from the house thought my postings are not good for image of the house. 3) Rent receiver Knocked on my door again at 14h16 on Sunday 12/04/2022 telling me to make January my last month. I asked him to give it to me in writing.

Tenants rights respect is completely disregarded here. Someone tried to push open the door on December 03 around midnight after I moved in here on December 01. just to show the room to make it double occupancy.

Prior to that around November 29 or so when I was invited for viewing the room (by rent receiver) he forced open the door after using a key, a man was seen sitting in the bed, he spoke to me and shared his program to go back to his work in Germany (by the end of November).

Recived a call from North Peel Brampton Community Legal matter around 16h00 on December 05 regarding this matter what happened over the weekend and during move in on December 01 at this address 10 Conover Ct.

Paid my rent by cash and E-Transfer at 10 Con over Crt. on December 02 of 2022 around 10h30 after I moved in on December 01 of 2022. Payment transaction was delayed by one day because room was not cleared emptied by the previous tenant who was from Germany. I am living at this address since Dec 01 of 2022 so Please do not believe any deception or lies. I have no intention to move out prematurely.
