I was removed by the US authorities (i.e. departed) from the following two addresses in USA after arrest and imprisonment of roughly about six months each time (total of 400 days and nights non-criminal).

1) 380 Lincoln Hwy Apt. C-2 Fairless Hills PA. in July 2005

2) 379 Stoneybrook in Levittown PA. in June 2012

I did not live in USA since July 2005. I lived in Canada. Anyone under different information should correct the records that I am a Canadian Citizen and Lived in Canada, I have no association with USA. Above two addresses might show up in the previous records (or internet based profiles or on line shopping sites such as microsoft etc. which can not be updated) but are not my current addresses. I have no active current IDs in USA. For legal purposes such internet based profile information is not useable, for legal reasons address information is taken from ministry issued IDs.

I live in Brampton Ontario Canada, temporarily using shelter as a housing since July 22 of 2022, after the June 19 incident in Hamilton. Untill I find a rental unit or I get my flight out of Canada to go back to my previous residency and contract in Saudi Arabia.

Please be reminded that Cots and beds are not the same thing at the Wilkinson shelter. Cots are folding temporary cots, which are setup around 22h00 at night in the common area of the shelter (1 to 15, three rows of five cots ) and stored away next morning by 7h00 in the storage room, where as beds are bunk beds in the dorms room. Numbers 1 to 15 are overlapping/common to cots and beds, perhaps to confuse people. Since bunk beds are most likely in a sequence 1 to last bunk bed, shelter management should consider to re-number the over flow cots starting from 101 to 115 to avoid overlapping numbers with the bunk beds. This will add clarity to the system (verbal and written communication) and also letters they issue for discharge will be based on specific number without overlapping confusion.

Office staff of the shelter prints discharge letters to bed numbers but they are given to people sleeping in cots at night when they are in cot. Highly questionable practice. For legality, transparency and honest they should clearly print discharge letters with cot numbers, instead of bed numbers.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

This was a crime against a age senior in Hamilton on June 19 that my residence of over five years was taken over by unlawful entry by scaring me.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I was not born in a shelter (in my country of birth), so why I am in a shelter in Canada. I am a Citizen arrived in 1993 as a landed immigrant at Toronto Airport in 1993.

I was in a housing before June 19 of 2022 in Hamilton, so why am I in a shelter since June 20, why it was done to me which resulted in me seeking a public shelter.

Why OW or the govt. can’t provide me reasonable housing at par with my educational and professional status. Why house me in public shelters. It will be cheaper to issue a plane ticket to me (for me to go back to claim my previous residency and contract in Saudi Arabia) than to keep me in a public shelter.

Why I was kept unemployed since 2006 just to keep the OW file open. It would have been better to give me employment according to my immigration status to enable me to support myself and own housing according to my status.

I was told about overpayment. This matter was discussed at length in Hamilton with the lawyers that over payment was created by someone on purpose without issuing me extra money by closing file in 2007 without change of eligibility. Eligibility was determined at the time of intake in April 2006. My eligibility has not changed since than. I never received any extra money. Every cheque I received since 2006 was within eligible amounts.

My OW file was terminated in 2021 because of age, itself indicates that there was no overpayment. It is system’s failure to fix it on statements because I never received any over payment in my monthly cheques since 2006. Moreover OW Social assistance is not money lending program, neither a vendor invoice where overpayments could occur. OW should show break down of monthly payments since April 2006 when overpayments occured and sum them up to find out the total over payment. I never received any extra money above the monthly eligible amounts. Perhaps by mistake those payments were issued to some one else by similar name. There are many people by the name Khalid and many people by the name Mahmood. perhaps they used the following formula i.e. {payments for Khalid} + {payments for Mahmood} ========== {payments for Khalid Mahmood}

According to a case worker OW IVR has been discontinued and is not in use anymore. In my opinion unwise decision made by the relevant officials, because IVR was very useful to obtain file information, cheque information, payment date and other updates etc. Although the provincial Govt. has modernized and is using a web based program for similar functionalities as IVR. Web based system is less secure than the IVR because a user ID and login combination can be used to log into the OW file from anywhere in the world, which can be misused and can result in frauds and complications for the OW recipient. I opted not to use it and did not create a login on my file. posted 10/25/2022

Municipal Elections in Brampton 10/24/2022 and my missing registration card. Who was the mail thief. I did not allow anyone to use it, I never received it as of 10/24/2022 around 08h30 because it was not given to me and it was NOT written on the slate on the top left of the window (i.e. when I came out of the shelter in the morning).

as of today October 24 of 2022 Shelter staff did not give me the voters registration card I was told by the city hall staff that a registration card will be mailed. Perhaps they are holding it or gave it to some one else. Some one should track this card from Brampton City hall to see who will use it or what was done with it. My letters (and other pieces if mail) have been missing and stolen at other locations as well. That’s why I proposed to Canada Post that they should encode the address with QR codes on the envelopes so that such people can’t see what to steal or whose letter to steal. That will require additional equipment and expertise to determine the contents of to the envelopes. Petty or seasoned low level thieves/criminals will not have such expertise because of their own limitations not because somebody stopped or prevented them. Such people will not have the ability to understand.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

Why ?? what have I done so wrong. I want to know the legal reasons, not the personal reasons, not the domestic reasons, not the lies or make believes stories covered by sugar coated illusions. (make believes may be useful for training children but not acceptable for serious/legal matters).

I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.

This has been done to me multiple times, perhaps more than four times reasons

PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

Similarly, someone of OW social assistance in Hamilton wrote a letter to me in 2017 explaining to me how to pay extra rent after one of my eligible amounts added by the Niagara Region was removed from my monthly OW social assistance cheque . Which I find strange and abusive, that OW social assistance staff was promoting this kind of wrong doing, i.e. encouraging rent receivers to take more rent, and pushing people on OW social assistance to pay more rent without any other source of income. So instead of encouraging property owners and landlords to reduce or subsidize the rent, OW social assistance recipients are being forced to pay more rent (i.e. more than the authorized amount).

I am an Engineer by profession and education and not interested in learning such methods of governance. I am repeating again that I want to roll back my life to go back to my previous work/contract in Saudi Arabia. Someone (an individual or an airline) should consider to donate a plane ticket to me so that I go back to my work in Saudi Arabia. Please treat this as urgent.

Brampton Transit is the only transit in Peel region that does not let residents and citizens out of the north bound bus on airport road starting from jetliner near airport whereas Mississauga Transit and TTC do not have such a rule. why this discrepancy. What is different about Brampton Transit. Peel regional Govt. (or relevant department in this area) should respond to explain this. This was experienced on October 21 of 2022 on 19h10 trip bus route 115 north bound from Tim Horton’s stop, and several times before as well. Brampton Transit north bound from jetliner near airport, only picks up from the stops, but drivers do not allow drop off, why ?? Other transits do not have such a rule.

I visited the North Peel Dufferin community legal clinic in Brampton and the Peel Region Human services on 10/21/2022 before the meeting at the shelter regarding discharge without housing arrangement. I am repeating my request that It will be easy and cheaper to issue or donate a plane ticket to me to enable me to get back to Saudi Arabia to reclaim my previous residency of before immigration to Canada in 1993. My only reason to take shelter was because of housing emergency in Hamilton on June 19 of 2022. To discharge/leave the shelter without a housing solution will be meaningless, illogical and unwise. I have been on OW social assistance since April 2006 most of the time. I also filed a personal bankruptcy in 2007. During this time I have fulfilled all mandatory/non-mandatory OW requirements and OW has information and records about my assets and bank accounts. My active accounts are only with Simplii Financials and PCfinancials and have no other banks what so ever to my knowledge. If any other bank has an active or dormant account from the past, I am not aware of it and have no information about it. I will appreciate if banks provide me such information and give me access to my unknown accounts. I will pay services fees and taxes. I have updated my physical address on my active accounts currently in use. It is not required legally to update address on closed and dormant accounts. My physical address is up-to-date on equifax canada and TransUnion Canada credit reports. So is my Ontario Driver’s Licence as well is. I always use my ministry issued IDs (in Canada and USA) with my bank accounts, other financial instruments, and legal documents to avoid ambiguity and confusion with similar names. So any bank accounts without my legal IDs would not have been opened in my presence.

Above message should be sufficient for those who are curious about my financials and assets. I would request to curious people not to hold me any longer here in Canada for hypothetical and fictitious (what if scenarios) investigations (and let me leave from Canada to go back to my work in Saudi Arabia). I have been on OW program for a very long time since April 2006 and I was kept unemployed all these years just to keep my OW file open.

Moreover, I am an Engineer by profession and have no interest in learning this kind (as described above) of paper work, procedures and hanging around govt. offices to resolve these issues. I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.

PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I am not a COVID worker (Absolutely not in any capacity, no connection at all),

I am not paid by any agency, I am separated/divorced from wife and live a unmarried (divorced) life since 2005, I am a Sole proprietor IBO myself with no income yet and relied on OW social assistance upuntill December 2021.

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.

There is an obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015. Same was repeated on Sunday June 19 of 2022 morning between 08h00 and 08h30.

Why ?? what have I done so wrong. I want to know the legal reasons, not the personal reasons, not the domestic reasons, not the lies or make believes stories covered by sugar coated illusions. (make believes may be useful for training children but not acceptable for serious/legal matters).

I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.

This has been done to me multiple times, perhaps more than four times reasons

PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
