Opening a new bank account used to be a application process, completing, signing and dating a paper application in applicants own handwriting before computerization. Because of the modernization and computerization now a days a person who wants to open a account sits in front of a computer or in front of a bank officer and a application is completed electronically by questions and answers. Some times term opening an account applies to activating a dormant, frozen or closed account as well which may be confusing in loose conversation/gossip session with out proper context. But this account was a brand new never used account which was opened just for Ahsan Mahmood. So don’t believe liars lies. It was just like the time of school admission in grade 1, or health related matters, birth certificates, CST RESPs, travel documents etc. paper work is completed & signed by parents, undersigned (Khalid Mahmood being a male parent) signed the bank account application related paper work on behalf of Ahsan Mahmood, who was a minor child at that time when family lived together in Ottawa at Palm gates apartments near Public School where Ahsan Mahmood was a student. There was no Interac/Debit card linked to this account at the time of opening because I did not accept it and opted not to link a bank card to your account at that time on your behalf.

A power of attorney is not required when parents do this kind of legal work on behalf of their offspring minor children, but a power of Attorney is required from appointed Guardians or care takers to do this on behalf of minor children which is issued by the legal parents.

Also note that because of a requirement by CST (RESP) I applied and obtained S.I.N. # numbers for you, Sana and Bilal in the year 1999 or perhaps in the year 2000. Your S.I.N # was not available at the time of opening the bank account. Ask the bank to update your profile with S.I.N. number and other information such as address, phone etc. Name of the bank at the time of opening the account was Canada Trust, later on it became TD Canada Trust after merger, and now they call it just TD.

(Imrana thought that S.I.N # were for adults use only when I gave her these S.I.N # cards. Her information was wrong).

Beware of deception around you, beware of illusionists, con artist, swindlers, fraud makers, destitute makers and Impostors. Don’t be impressed/fooled by their tricks or negative unproductive creativity. Neither it is respect nor it is courtesy to believe liars lies in critical and legal matters (some times it may be acceptable in {gossipy+ forget} sessions just for fun but not always.)

Never use someone else’s library card, health card, debit card or any other cards. You are eligible to obtain your own cards by completing the application process. Tell Bilal and Sana as well. Those who have no legal status use others documents. You should not. I took care of your legal status before you were born so that you don’t have to depend on others. Since you were not hiding from anyone so don’t use anything from others, use your own resources.
