TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
Emergency Housing shelter programs should not be owned operated and managed by the new comers or new immigrants or illegals (because they do not know the system very well and do not under stand the system, logic and wisdom behind shelters). People from different segment of the society who are in a different category like middle class or financially well off people should be behind these emergency housing shelters otherwise people who seek shelter in difficulty will not be looked after and the purpose of using shelters will fail because shelters operators appear to be doing the same what was done by others outside the shelter and which leads people to shelters. Underprivileged people are not suitable to offer shelter services. People at higher moral and society status should be involved in shelter services. New comers, illegals might operate these shelters as money making ventures instead of non-profit charitues. There should be some supervision and audit on such shelters to ensure that they meet certain standards. Standards should be provided to them. Front line staff and management of these shelters should meet certain standards and requirements, they should be well trained social workers to analyze, understand and make it easy for the people using shelters instead of making it worse. It should not be about making life degrade step by step, rather it should making life better step by step. Punishing people based on wrong information or to play Robin hood, or to protect/cover up wrong doings of higher ups / influential gangsters should be stopped.
Shelter at 94 York Blvd was not providing me meals either. I have no other source of money, I have no social assistance, No ODSP, no one is helping me to go back to my work overseas. Is there any organization who can talk to me to find a solution. What is behind this kind if treatment. One of the shelter intake worker was investing the reason why I was in search of a shelter bed and asked me about the event of June 19, asked me if I had any document from the landlord. I was given a intent to rent in April 2017 for OW social assistance, receipts etc.. There is a lesson for all the tenants in it that at the time of renting or in the beginning of the tenancy landlords or rent revivers do not follow the legal procedures but at the end of tenancy after many years when things go wrong they all ask for legal proof/evidence from the rent revivers/land lord but rent revivers do not follow legal procedure during tensncy. Authorities should look into these fraudulent practices.

Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday March 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it is more than a month still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia.
(p.s.: Conover Court is just a Street name, word Court is abbreviated sometimes as Crt. and sometimes as Ct. This house is not a family house, is a rooming house for students). I AM BLESSED THAT I AM HIGHLY QUALIFIED MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUABLE, SO I CAN NOT BE MADE DESTITUTE. All my correspondence/documents/letters were left behind at that address. Also I want to mention that since it was not my mission to live under the disguise of a destitute, no one can succeed in making me destitute. THIS MUST BE A disappointment FOR MY ENEMIES. When we landed in Canada in December 1993 I was reasonably wealthy to afford own rental apartment and not seek a shelter. 30 years in North America has depleted me of all of my financial resources and possessions but could not deplete me of my education, experience and discipline. Credit goes to my parents and their wisdom to raise me like the way I am today.
why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}).
