I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I live divorced unmarried (aka single) since 2005. First time I got married in 1989 was based on the requirement of my mother and because I had money from my contracts work in Saudi Arabia to pay for the wedding myself. My wife divorced me in 2005 in a third country USA and I remained unmarried since than because I did not have a mother to look after my interest and also I did not have money to pay for another marriage. Why I did not have money, I did not have money since than because I was imprisoned (400 days and nights) non-criminal twice in USA perhaps to make me non-religious destitute. Now I have decided to remain/live unmarried, no use of getting married. In my opinion marriages should be abolished completely, based on my experiences. Something to think about.

I, the undersigned Called Ontario Premier’s office around 18h48 on July 14 of 2022 and requested Premier to help me with a east bound flight out of Toronto as soon as possible. I indicated that I will pay back the cost of the ticket when I get my pay cheque in Saudi Arabia. I called premier’s Office because my issue was related to provincial matters such as OW file termination in December 2021, I was Forced out of my residence of five years without legal N4 document which resulted in me taking shelter at 94 York Blvd in Hamilton since June 20 to July 21. Effective July 22 I have resheltered myself in Brampton at Wilkinson Shelter. I am in this situation due to a provincial matters. All this depleted me of money because of which I am unable to purchase a ticket. That’s why I called for premier’s help to put me in a fight so that I return to my previous country of residence prior to Immigration in 1993. I called phone 211 again on July 15 around noon time to find out the result of my request. But the person on the phone was from Service Ontario and was not able to under stand why I called premier’s Office for this matter.

When large number of criminal mind people operate and cooperate together to benefit from a fraud, might succeed in hiding the truth for a long period of time for mutual benefit because they benefit from such crimes (rules enforcers become part of such operations not to prevent the crime but to benefit from it), but truth can not be suppressed for always, such groups might delay the truth by fear mongering and misguiding and confusing people who know the truth. Other techniques might be to create doubts and suspecion about the truth and facts to delay until they succeed in crime.

This reminds me of a phrase I read from a church sign many years ago in Hamilton across from 671 Fennell Ave  East, which meant that “people might live a little longer by telling lies but can not live longer than the truth”.

Attention grabbing phrase from the past.

Using a specific name is not an issue. Any one can be named with any name which is mostly decided before birth. If some one changes name in adult life may be due to negative intentions and is questionable. What is more questionable is when people use someone else’s name as a disguise for some activities instead of using their own legal name for such activitues. Also if they just want to use a specific person behind a specific name is a questionable matter and human rights issue. It is about the value of the profiles built into the system, which is accessible electronically by any one. A specific person with a specific profile is what makes it more desirable and popular.

For example there are other people by my name {KHALID MAHMOOD} but they don’t have the same profile and back round as me, the undersigned. Also other Khalid Mahmood will have different ID numbers, so when their IDs will be used to access their profile, it will show a different person, which would be of no use or little use. So it is not sufficient to say that any one can use a specific name for their gain. It becomes a commercial and legal issue. Such people should be able to show alternate names that they can use for their gain. If not than they should not be allowed.

Value or polarity of my name is not because people in the distant past used this name. They were all different profession and different background people, some of them were religious and some of them were political etc. Also, that far back, in the past there was no ID and computer system to make it accessible remotely by any one. My name when associated with my ID numbers and profession makes it more valuable and desirable and people who are not capable to generate value themselves want to steal from my name. They should practice some common sense and honesty instead of using childish tantrums to overwhelm others by useless reasoning. This is something to think about.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I called premier’s Office because my issue was related to provincial matters such as OW file termination in December 2021, I was Forced out of my residence of five years without legal N4 document which resulted in me taking shelter at 94 York Blvd in Hamilton since June 20 to July 21. Effective July 22 I have resheltered myself in Brampton at Wilkinson Shelter. I am in this situation due to a provincial matters. All this depleted me of money because of which I am unable to purchase a ticket. That’s why I called for premier’s help to put me in a fight so that I return to my previous country of residence prior to Immigration in 1993. I called phone 211 again on July 15 around noon time to find out the result of my request. But the person on the phone was from Service Ontario and was not able to under stand why I called premier’s Office for this matter.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times or more since 2015.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

An observation regarding emergency housing shelters – Posted on July 22 of 2022 Updates July 25 of 2022 Day #206

Emergency Housing shelter programs should not be owned operated and managed by the new comers or new immigrants or illegals (because they do not know the system very well and do not under stand the system, logic and wisdom behind shelters). People from different segment of the society who are in a different category like middle class or financially well off people should be behind these emergency housing shelters otherwise people who seek shelter in difficulty will not be looked after and the purpose of using shelters will fail because shelters operators appear to be doing the same what was done by others outside the shelter and which leads people to shelters. Underprivileged people are not suitable to offer shelter services. People at higher moral and society status should be involved in shelter services. New comers, illegals might operate these shelters as money making ventures instead of non-profit charitues. There should be some supervision and audit on such shelters to ensure that they meet certain standards. Standards should be provided to them. Front line staff and management of these shelters should meet certain standards and requirements, they should be well trained social workers to analyze, understand and make it easy for the people using shelters instead of making it worse. It should not be about making life degrade step by step, rather it should making life better step by step. Punishing people based on wrong information or to play Robin hood, or to protect/cover up wrong doings of higher ups / influential gangsters should be stopped.

Shelter at 94 York Blvd was not providing me meals either. I have no other source of money, I have no social assistance, No ODSP, no one is helping me to go back to my work overseas. Is there any organization who can talk to me to find a solution. What is behind this kind if treatment. One of the shelter intake worker was investing the reason why I was in search of a shelter bed and asked me about the event of June 19, asked me if I had any document from the landlord. I was given a intent to rent in April 2017 for OW social assistance, receipts etc.. There is a lesson for all the tenants in it that at the time of renting or in the beginning of the tenancy landlords or rent revivers do not follow the legal procedures but at the end of tenancy after many years when things go wrong they all ask for legal proof/evidence from the rent revivers/land lord but rent revivers do not follow legal procedure during tensncy. Authorities should look into these fraudulent practices.

There is a lesson for all the tenants in it that at the time of renting or in the beginning of the tenancy landlords or rent revivers do not follow the legal procedures but at the end of tenancy after many years when things go wrong they all ask for legal proof/evidence from the rent revivers/land lord but rent revivers do not follow legal procedure during tensncy. An important clarification to whom it may concern or interest, that I was sheltered at 94 York Street which has become my ID address as well since June 20 of 2022. I have no second place (absolutely NOT) of residence. I live by myself (Among others) in the building but I have NO family around to ask for help (but can not be compared with students life who also live without family, student life without family is acceptable but after student life it is unusual). Do not believe any other information regarding my where abouts and support from family, I document on this website when I am waiting/standby at the Toronto Pearson Intl., airport for the emergency flight. Don’t let the wrong information interfere (or distract) with my emergency Evacuation flight. Destitute makers are using such techniques to isolate and induce desperation in people and to divert the help away from the intended person i.e. indirect stealing like stealing money electronically. (Now I am out of the Terminal 1) . I was Waiting for another carrier who can provide me a emergency Evacuation Flight on their scheduled commercial flight. Please contact me on Level 3 of Terminal 1. I was harassed by the same person again. This was the third time to question me regarding my presence at the airport. I explained to him that I was waiting for my Emergency Evacuation flight. I told him I will return to Hamilton tomorrow morning he did not listen and showed his phone with some COVID information. I told him I am not COVID worker. He saw a woman nearby, he started talking to her. I left from there to find my own way out of the Terminal 1.

There were so many other people around, why pick on me. This is targeted harassment.

I, the undersigned Called Ontario Premier’s office around 18h48 on July 14 of 2022 and requested Premier to help me with a east bound flight out of Toronto as soon as possible. I indicated that I will pay back the cost of the ticket when I get my pay cheque in Saudi Arabia. I called premier’s Office because my issue was related to provincial matters such as OW file termination in December 2021, I was Forced out of my residence of five years without legal N4 document which resulted in me taking shelter at 84 York Blvd in Hamilton since June 20. My present situation is due to provincial matters. All this resulted in lack of money because if which I am unable to purchase a ticket. That’s why I called for premier’s help to put me in a fight so that I return to my previous country of residence prior to Immigration in 1993. I called phone 211 again on July 15 around noon time to find out the result of my request. But the person on the phone was from Service Ontario and was not able to under stand why I called premier’s Office for this matter.

Use of mask at the airport terminals and CIBC branch located at level 2 and misc important observations. Posted dated July 20 of 2022

I frequently hear the announcements to use the masks all the time at the airport terminal, what was not mentioned was whether the announcement was for airport workers or the travelers or both. Many travelers don’t use the masks.

CIBC branches do not use masks but the. CIBC branch at the airport level 2 is using masks.

Banks, libraries and other agencies check the IDs two pieces. Sometimes they keep a copy of it. I hope that they do not use these ID numbers or copies from the system for their personal use such as to show family like association by lies or misuse it for getting a legal status.by showing IDs and records with the help of lies or position of power etc. I hope relevant authorities should and do confirm such cases, with the original owner of the IDs before believing the liar’s (or mis user’s lies under the disguise of uniforms, position, job titles etc.

A reminder to all the concerned and people involved that it is a serious crime and illegal act to stop all the financial and earning methods to punish some one for unknown third person’s crimes. Every one has a right to make/earn a living. To stop and prevent some one from making/earning a living by lies and political style negative propaganda is a serious crime and a human rights matter. Even children before adult age have certain rights to get money (to spend for incidentals as part of their cash handling training), is one of those rights. To stop money on responsible adults and to stop sources of income on responsible adults is a serious human rights issue and a crime. Even criminals are allowed to seek employment and are allowed to go to work during their imprisonment. Something to think about. This is NOT Robin Hood time period when such practices against certain people of the society were considered heroic. In my situation I was depleted of my prime working life by keeping me on OW social assistance for a long period of time. Even OW was terminated at age 65 in December 2021. A rocket science education is not needed to figure out the intentions behind all this, it is very clear, i.e.the objectives of doing all this. When people have no possessions, no assets no money, i.e. completely destituted certain people come around, whisper in the ear “now you die” meaning they induce death in people by doing tbis. But this was not part of my immigration process. Neither I was informed of this through the publications nor was this disclosed to us by the embassy officials. So was it a trap. Engineers and qualified professionals will not accept this knowingly. It may be normal to induce death in People like this in govt circles etc. but I am not affiliated with any such groups. I am an Engineer not part of govt. organization. I am a offspring of a business man, who also lived in a Arabic speaking country Kuwait, before staring his own business. Those who do this lie about facts (fabricate information i.e. tell lies) to prevent help from reaching the person.

Although I am Citizen I was prevented from gainful employment just to keep my OW social assistance file open since 2006 to 2021. In December 2021 it was closed due to age 65 after that todate i.e. about 30 weeks have no social assistance money. Applied for ODSP eat May 2022, which is still in progress, although the application was completed over the phone on May 10th during a 30-40 minutes process.

I was not a govt. Employee in Canada. I am not getting any kind of pension or CPP, I am not getting any Old age benefits. I am not retiring just want to roll back my life and want to fall back on my previous contract work in Saudi Arabia as it was before my immigration to Canada in 1993.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.

(directions to my apt. are as follows: take the Steps up the stairs through the front side glass door of 671, at the top of the stairs open the metal door with glass window and turn left. Enter through the wooden door – my apt Door #2 with or without curtain is located on the left, kitchen is straight ahead in front of the wooden door. this side of the building is west side).

and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

URGENT and SERIOUS MATTER REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: Due to illegal hostile break-in which resulted in illegal eviction without court endorsed N4, I am staying at 94 York Blvd shelter across from the central library in Hamilton. Please help and save me from this abusive and uncertain situation.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015 (happened in Ottawa ass well but no so frequently)

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times since 2015.
(occurances of similar behaviour in Ottawa and Fairless Hills not counted here).

(Absolutely Not hiding, I am non-criminal and I am a legal citizen in the country of my present residence. I am a tenant in this building with proper authorization (later on I found I was trapped to rent here). Rental document was submitted to case manager (OW central office) of the file before move in, so I have no reason to hide and I am not playing hide and seek (or Tom and Jerry) because I never played hide and seek in my childhood).

In addition my visitors are requested not to interfere and please do not socialize with anyone else on the upper floor of 671 specially anyone seen in adjacent open Door #3 or anyone else who tries to intercept and misguide with false information / deception. They have their own agenda and I am not associated with them absolutely NOT, they were not my well wishers. Please do not give anyone opportunity to intercept just ignore.

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.

(directions to my apt. are as follows: take the Steps up the stairs through the front side glass door of 671, at the top of the stairs open the metal door with glass window and turn left. Enter through the wooden door – my apt Door #2 with or without curtain is located on the left, kitchen is straight ahead in front of the wooden door. this side of the building is west side).

and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

Please note that despite any changes to the appearance of the wooden door of my unit 2 (or Door# 2) on the upper floor of 671 Fennell Ave. East, which is accessible through the glass door in front and/or metal door in the back alley or the posters on the top, this is the same building as before and I am still at the same address which is also my ID address, same GPS coordinates and plus code, no change.

Also my door light (a bulb) on unit 2 wooden door is back on. No more darkness in the corner of my ~~ unit 2, there may be other dark spots.

Since I am not ill I did not apply for any COVID benefits (self screening).

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.

I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid tax to the Govt. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.
