I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.
(directions to my apt. are as follows: take the Steps up the stairs through the front side glass door of 671, at the top of the stairs open the metal door with glass window and turn left. Enter through the wooden door – my apt Door #2 with or without curtain is located on the left, kitchen is straight ahead in front of the wooden door. this side of the building is west side).
and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).
My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.
I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

I was waiting at the door of 7th Day adventist church 284 Concession Street in Hamilton Ontario Canada L8V1V3, to speak to a church leader to help me and save me from homelessness and put me on a flight back to country of my previous residency. Now I am inside the church around 09h45 attending the SGF coordinator Benno Kurvits session, waiting for community to help me and put me back in the same place i.e. my ID address untill I get my flight out of Canada. Urgent matter.
SGF coordinator Benno drove me to my ID address after the end of all the prayers and services around 13h00. From outside I saw the curtain was removed and a Windows blind was hanging on half the window. I went upstairs to seen if my property was outside the apt #2 . no one was sitting in the hallway, so I used back door to go outside through the back alley of the 671. Church was kind to give a loblaws and a Tim hortons small amount card for a meal or teo. My food and groceries were in my Apt. #2 without giving me a N4 I gave been kicked out of my stability hiusing place (of over Five years again) for no reason.
So please do not believe any one there pretending to be my family. I have been forced out of my place without legal procedure without N4 on June 19th morning
I requested the coordinator to give me a ride to the airport for emergency flight. He thought without a ticket no one would give me a flight. I said in emergency evacuation they don’t ask for a ticket, they just put people in flight
Based on my previous experiences since 2005 it is of no use to report to Police because Police is not protecting the public rather they act as personal guards to certain people who they can benefit from or who they partner with. They do not give any importance to people on OW social assistance regardless of citizenship ir legal status. I have documented few other examples in the past in my precautionary notes where they cause harm to people on OW social assistance and cause damage to property and steal belonging to make non-religious destitutes.
Situation about my belongings and properties which were left in the apartment 2-671 Fennell Ave. East Hamilton ON L8V1V3 was reported to the Adventist Church at concession street and also to the intake and case worker at the shelter 94 York Blvd. in Hamilton. I chose not to file a formal report about it with Hamilton Police because there was not much commercial value of the losses. More over Dept of Police has more important matters to deal with. Also I have no intentions to seek that rental place as I have decided to relinquish my Citizenship, claim my previous residency in Saudi Arabia and return to my previous contract work.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

A famous TV serial (which came to my mind while browsing the Internet) of the past by the title of Oshin prompted me to post that I am not operating/ not in brothel business or any other activity related to brothels, absolutely not. I am not a sex trader, I am not a sex worker and I am not in any sex related business at all, absolutely not. Because I am Technical Army. One student in Bucks County asked me in the year 2004 if I was a pimp. I was not sure at that time why she was asking me such an irrelevant question. No, I am not a pimp, I never was a pimp, I never will be a pimp. I have different kind of education and interests. Also by the end of 2023 I will be 67 years of age, I was 66 years of age in 2022 and 65 years of age in 2021. I am not a teen ager or high school kid who would be involved in such street level sex activities.
Around Family Day 2023 weekend a handwritten note was placed by some unknown person on my door to vacate by 17th of February which is middle of the month and few days before Family Day. After street level entrance door lock was noticed changed on 02/20/2023, before and after that I tried to get the attention of relevant authorities in Canada, OW case worker of my file, staff of Bob Callahan Senior Centre but no one took interest in finding a solution. Based on the advice of a public shelters I am in a hotel Quality Inn since February 19, 2023. I need money in my account to be able to continue paying, OW case worker should make monthly arrangement for me at this hotel. Or at least provide me a flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, my country of residency before immigration to Canada.
As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Court Brampton ON L6Y3J5. This information supersedes all previous information regarding my addresses in Hamilton. All my previous precautionary notes still remain valid with my previous address of Hamilton. However my current address 10 Conover Court Brampton ON L6Y3J5 must be taken into consideration when reading all of my precautionary notes and must not be forgotten that I am in Brampton since July 22 of 2022.

Not every body goes through religious education because only some children have the aptitude and commitment to become religiously devoted individuals when they grow up and adopt it as profession. Same applies to the other devotional programs which are designed in the past before embarking on them.
Since after birth up untill the age of 24 years in 1980 I lived with my parents in Karachi, and other relatives were visited as and when it was possible, as and when it was required as family obligation to each other. I started schooling at the age of 4 and completed education at the age of 24 which makes it 20 years of education under supervision of grand parents and after grand parents died, under the supervision of parents. After the age of 24 I continued my higher education outside of Pakistan, and also started my working life outside of Pakistan without the supervision of my Parents or other relatives and learned to live by myself in other countries untill my mother married me to a Pakistani woman (who divorced me in 2005). So living and working outside of Pakistan was without any relatives/parents. So I am quite used to live outside of Pakistan without anyone. Because I live with my work and Technology which results in money and other benefits.
Human beings are not life less objects like a piece of decoration or a machinery and cant not be, and must not be shown some times here , sometimes there, either to please or to make a fool of large number of people, or to create a deception. Free Human beings also known as people have a right to make their own decisions, protect and look after their own interest, can not and must not be used as puppet dolls to serve some one else’s interest.
A certain game can not be played without the consent and involvement of “it”. When people are engaged in a game, they know rules of the game ahead of starting the game, they know how to end the game, they know how to time out etc. all those who play a game know about it, a person can not be part of a game without knowing about it. I was Staying at a HHB housing support shelter located at 94 York Blvd. since June 20 of 2022 due to personal emergency, I was forced out of my residence of over five years without a court endorsed N4 document. Stability housing was just a deception, was unfolded on Sunday June 19 of 2022 when I was forced out of my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East and depleted me all of my possessions, belongings, records, etc. Moreover I am staying at this shelter under my complete name خالد محمود. by myself as a single person because I am un married since 2005, also my offspring children are also not at this shelter. Many women staff were seen working in the building, no relation with me. It was noticed that some times staff follows me in the building and goes upto the third floor after me when I return from outdoors. (Since July 22 of 2022 I was in Brampton Ontario Canada).
Completed my tax filing (electronically) with Revenue Canada for the year 2021 on February 24 of 2022 around 08h00 using (mobile phone) internet based app. (based on current T5007 document).
I am not in possession of any pre paid debit cards and no credit cards (except PC financial master card), absolutely not. I just use debit cards linked to my chequing accounts (PC financial and Simplii financial), which means any transaction on debit card comes out of my chequing account in real time (electronic cash), and gets posted immediately in my linked chequing account and can not be seen on the debit card records like a credit card transaction. Transactions on credit are not linked to chequing accounts, rather transactions on credit cards come out of credit limits, which is like spending money that card/account holders do not have, which results in debt and can become a reason for bankruptcy and eventually, destitute (non-religious). Where as transactions on Interac/ debit cards linked to chequing accounts are like cash transactions, debt free.

After the mechanical malfunction mess up of the dead bolt lock of my door #2 in October of 2020, my door #2 has been open (unlocked) since than. There was no (paid or unpaid) maintenance services available for 6 days , so I was out of my place for 5 nights, no quick fix. So my door #2 has been open (or unlocked) for me to enter because I live here and I am the monthly rent paying legal tenant of this address 2-671 Fennell Ave East L8V1V3 in Hamilton Ontario Canada, but not for others. Others are not allowed to enter in my absence. It would be illegal break-in to enter in my absence. When I am around present in the building they should consult with me, if required to enter. This malfunction was reported to OW case manager as well immediately same day and I requested a hotel stay which was not provided by him.
Just because I am not locking the deadbolt of my door #2, does not mean open for public, no it is not, no one should enter to steal anything from my premises because my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East in Hamilton Ontario L8V1V3 in Canada is not a public resource center and stolen/missing/borrowed/supplies are not replenished by any agency funding (public or private), it costs money to replenish such items. Perhaps this is one of the several method used by the destitute makers to deplete resources without replenishing and without compensating for consuming. So please refrain from it. Also this address is not a museum, not a rest stop, not a distribution center etc. This address is not a place to hide like a bathroom (where babies/children play hide and seek) etc. This is my private residence, I live at this address for the past 57 months as monthly rent paying tenant with legal authorization. Please do not believe any third person’s lies to committ theft (not even under any movie like authority deception, or fast and sweet/sharp talking impostors etc. authorization.), approach me, talk to me directly directly. To arrest and imprison people for no-crime (non-criminal) after isolating from family, friends and work is a step towards destitute making. Because when released from the prison people come out of prison just with the clothes on, without any one to take care of and no where to go. This is destitute making. I was arrested twice in USA during summer and released at the Canadian border twice in January (2006 and 2013) in cold weather without winter clothing. I was put through this many times.
It will be a foolish idea to make a fool of me, to ignore my such requests, and to consider that what goes on at my premises in my absence will not be noticed.
Few more instances of similar behaviour were as follows – my bed was thrown out of unit 43 of NF courtside Inn in July 2014, sudden closure of NF Courtside Inn in Niagara Falls around Easter 2015 long weekend without giving me my belongings (T2 application was filed and reported to Mayor’s office), Police involvement past midnight Victoria Day 2016 to tell me to leave, robbery and attack in Niagara Falls in February 2017 in Niagara Falls with out giving me my belongings are destitute making attempts without compensating me for my losses and hardship. Hamilton Police arrested me non-criminal from my ID address in Hamilton in November 2018 and imprisoned me for about 25 hours. However, this time around I did not lose my belongings, place and documents like other times in the past. Incident was reported to OIPRD immediately after release. Windows Curtain dispute was started in 2019 by the manager of the person who rented me this unit in 2017. My OW file was terminated due to age 65 in 2021 with last regular monthly payment on December 31 of 2021. No money was received in 2022 as of February 16 of 2022.
These destitute making efforts appear to be sophisticated (scientifically disguised) method of reducing the population as a end result of it. Can also be compared with hunters techniques when they isolate a targeted prey from the herd before taking it dead or alive.

I wrote in my four page handwritten appeal document at the bottom with address that I have a curtain on my door. Some unknown people have been making an effort (repeatedly) to make that wrong and to create a confusion by stealing curtains (multiple times) from my door #2 and stealing my handwritten signs. So now I have a curtain on the inside of my door, a part of it is visible on the outside of the door #2 over the door knob as a flare, so beware of it. Legal method to locate some one is by ID address or by inviting for a social meeting or legal meeting. Such clues like curtains, decoration etc should be secondary method to locate some one, my address has not changed in 2022, it is still the same for the past 57 months which is also on my ID. Such clues are temporary, might change and just added convenience without any legality.
Tenants have a right to personalize the place where they live. I use curtains, handwritten signs, lights, decoration etc. to personalize and to show my presence, but not to hide. I have a curtain in my windows as well to protect from day light glare and harmful rays. But not to hide.

It is a common practice to get the internet included with the rent, like utilities etc. in all inclusive rent, but in this building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East, where I live for the past 57 months internet was not included as a cable or wireless service, no Land line of phone, I use my own mobile phone number since 2013 which I bought from wind mobile in St. Catherines. I do not use any one else’s wifi internet in this building. One person by the name of Doug who was seen using hip joint adjacent unit 3 in 2020/2021 offered to give me his password for something in 2020/2021 which I declined, did not accept it from him. (It is Illegal and a crime to use some one else’s password).

I, the undersigned, live in unit 2 at 671 Fennell Ave. East on the Upper Floor because this unit was rented to me and is my legal address on my ID.Any one else who says to live in two, simply means the person was creating a puzzle. As per my observation second location could be within this Building or outdoors in a house. That’s why they would claim to live in two. Two is used as a count not as a number of the unit or apartment.I just live in unit 2 of the building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East without any other second location. (Unit 2 is used as a address number not as a counting number).
I do not use any other address on the upper floor of 671 Fennell. There may be some common attributes which these people around me might use to confuse people to say that any person with a common attribute 1 can be shown to live in unit x, because they are connected with authority positions so even lies should be believed (absolutely NOT), but that will not be applicable to me because I am a rent paying tenant legally assigned address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. Other people are not concerned about legalities because they go in hiding at their second location if and when required. I have a feeling they have a insider who alerts them when to go in hiding at other location. So lies based on certain attributes should not be believed in legal matters.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.
There is an obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015.
Why ?? what have I done so wrong. I want to know the legal reasons, not the personal reasons, not the domestic reasons, not the lies or make believes covered by sugar coated illusions. (make believes may be useful for training children but not acceptable for serious/legal matters).
I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.
This has been done to me multiple times, perhaps four times reasons.
PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.
I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid tax to the Govt. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.
(directions to my apt. are as follows: take the Steps up the stairs through the front side glass door of 671, at the top of the stairs open the metal door with glass window and turn left. Enter through the wooden door – my apt Door #2 with or without curtain is located on the left, kitchen is straight ahead in front of the wooden door. this side of the building is west side).
and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).
My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.
I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid tax to the Govt. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.
(directions to my apt. are as follows: take the Steps up the stairs through the front side glass door of 671, at the top of the stairs open the metal door with glass window and turn left. Enter through the wooden door – my apt Door #2 with or without curtain is located on the left, kitchen is straight ahead in front of the wooden door. this side of the building is west side).
and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).
My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.
I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Lawyer referral service gave me contact of a lawyer regarding OW/ODSP matter on Friday June 10 of 2022. This out of town lawyer contacted me on Sunday June 12 of 2022 and advised me to contact my area MP. 211 Provincial Govt. service gave me a phone number on Sunday to call Donna Skelly’s office. No one picked up the phone on Sunday June 12 of 2022 so I recorded a voice message. No call back all day on Monday June 13, so I decided to contacted Legislative assembly on Monday June 13 of 2022 around 15h00 to find out who was my area Member of Parliament. I was given NDP’s phone number to get the contact information of my area MPP. I immediately called NDP’s toll free line but no one answered my call, recorded a voice message. No one seems to be answering phone calls. I wonder why ?
An email response from the MP’s office was received around 16h15 on Monday June 13th stating that my email was forwarded to MPP’s office because OW/ODSP was a provincial matter.
MPP’s office called my number (with incomplete name) around 09h24 on June 14 of 2022, spoke to me for few minutes and gave me a number to contact ODSP 1-888-xxx-xxxx , Calling this Service Ontario number was of no use, person on ODSP line was mixing up OW and ODSP information and reading some one else’s responses like withdrawn application etc. I am waiting for their response and ODSP is talking about withdrawn, does not make sense to me. This person did not accept Social Insurance number (S.I.N) as 9 digit number to access my ODSP records.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to protect some one.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.
I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.

I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid tax to the Govt. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

After long wait and several back and forth transfer of my phone call on June 03 of 2022 Reactivation Department told me after long conversation questions answers that I will get a call back within two to four days. Call ended around 16h00 on Friday a week ago.

Call (which was made from Hamilton Ontario down town, talking while walking) with reactivation department ended around 16h00 on Friday a week ago. i.e. on June 03 of 2022.
Since there was no call back during the specified time period, I called the Service Ontario toll free number again to find remind them about the call of past Friday. Person read some some comments from my file, I requested the person to mail it to me in writing, instead of it, she transferred my call local office. Local office told (Sindy or Cindy on the phone) me that my file could not reactivated due to my age of 65. When I requested this decision/result in writing she referred to the previous letter. I reminded her that the previous letter was sent to me before reactivation application, than she said current decision was in the mail and call ended around 09h00 on June 10 of 2022. So now I am waiting for this recent decision in writing.

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.
There is an obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015.
Why ?? what have I done so wrong. I want to know the legal reasons, not the personal reasons, not the domestic reasons, not the lies or make believes covered by sugar coated illusions. (make believes may be useful for training children but not acceptable for serious/legal matters).
I want to leave from this country to my previous work settings in Saudi Arabia or similar in that area.
This has been done to me multiple times, perhaps four times reasons.
PLEASE HELP ME as a HUMANITARIAN matter I WILL HELP YOU when I can.
I saw my father (who was in business) and other relatives work hard in their businesses and provide a better life to their family and not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid tax to the Govt. When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.
I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

(In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.
Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, compketely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with or without curtain and means nothing. This setup of containers was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as temperature outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), essentially it was just artificial rain in the hallway. My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.
In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.
I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. Generally speaking, people do not change name, rather it is just that in some countries people use Mr. with First name, and in some countries people use Mr. with Family name. There is no universal standard around the globe about it. The only standard is to use Mr. with complete name with out truncating or without splitting the name to avoid ambiguity. Same person or same name in Asian countries or middle Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia would look different than in western countries, because in Eastern countries it is respect to use Mr. with first name (i.e. Given name) and in Western countries USA, Canada it is respect to use Mr. with the family name, for the same person/same name. So it is not change of name, it is just placement of Mister some times with the first name and some times with the last name which makes it look like two different names (or two different individuals) for the same name/person. Perhaps fraud makers and/or new makers benefit from it by making a fool of people (such as by saying that name changes in USA and Canada) who are less knowledgeable about this system, instead of clarifying and educating them of the right thing.
Same applies to any other prefix used before the name.

I got my Brown envelope from OW in Ottawa on May 02 of 2023 around 07h00 am. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. I AM A VICTIM OF SERIOUS FRAUDS AND CRIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, SO (AUTHORITIES) PLEASE DO NOT VICTIMIZE ME FURTHER (i.e. investigate the crime not the victim). I visited OW office same day i.e. April 03 in the afternoon around 15h00, arrived here from Region of Peel of Canada via Toronto, I was at the Toronto Pearson airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia permanently, it is not for vacationing, it is about going back home, airlines please help me issue a emergency boarding pass or ticket for me, I am out of money. OW did not provide moving expenses from Brampton to Ottawa, OW did NOT provide housing upon arrival in Ottawa on April 03 afternoon, rather referred me to 311 which arranged a place for me at the Shelter. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. (my letter box was restored on February 06 of 2023 after a disruption of three weeks but I was evicted on February 17 Family Day 2023 weekend). I arrived in Brampton due to illegal occupation of my residence of over five years in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. I was in Brampton Ontario since July 22. (Today on April 15 of 2023 it has been almost a year since this illegal act was committed on Jun 19, still Canadian Govt. has not been able to help me out of this situation because the same situation still persists, despite me being in Canada, how will they help people outside Canada, where do they have more influence inside or outside the country). As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Crt. Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it was more than a month and half but still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia from Ottawa because as of April 03 of 2023 I have sheltered myself in Ottawa because OW stopped my rent in April 2023. Why ?? So Why my rent money was stopped (incomplete partial cheque) by OW in April 2023. As a result of this I am in Shelter in Ottawa, In the shelter bed number is painted on the bed frame not on the locker door. Lockers placement is wrong to create a system of deception and misguided. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00.
(I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). I was evicted from this address by a handwritten note on Family Day 2023. Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). NEW MAKERS CAN NOT SUCCEED BY ISOLATING ME FROM MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS, PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES AND REST OF THE WORLD.
I have rewritten in my own handwriting my Four page appeal document in Brampton which includes my current situation, and is available on my website, still valid in Ottawa, just disregard the address on it.
