The undersigned contacted OW for emergency benefits, OW declined my application, woman who called to do the phone appointment around 14h00 said after 65 people are not eligible for emergency benefits.
I told her, I want to leave from Canada permanently, not retired at 65 , opting out of Citizenship program, too much destitute making here.
I was told by some one another occasions that no one can get employment in Hamilton.
Rocket science education is not needed to figure out what this means, age 65 and after people can not get emergency financial assistance and can not get employment, so how would people support themselves, without family support system, without social support system, without any other source of income.

I called back OW after receiving the letter dated April 08 of 2022 for some clarification, person who answered my call after some wait, asked for my File number, name etc. said I should look for some other options such as Ontario OAS etc. or visit Service Canada for information, I have already done that. other programs were mentioned which are not mandatory etc. wanted to know why I was opting out of Citizenship or moving out of Canada Permanently, my personal choice moreover, I was not born in Canada.

why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}).
