Diana’s manager Oliver (aka Mr. Oliver) knocked on my door around 18h15 during dinner time, I opened the door, he came back to the door to speak to me and asked me for some documents he left for my social worker (not known to me when), I told him my OW file was terminated in December of 2021 and I have no social worker. I asked him to give me another document what he was talking about, he did not have another, he wanted me to go with him to get a copy of it. I declined. I suggested he can mail it to me by registered mail of Canada Post, he thought that will take too long, I said send it to my courier or put it in my letter box. He left saying he will be back at night with a copy etc. I told him not to leave the documents in the hallway without handing the document to me. Because so many people come and go through the hallway and can take them.
Around 18h15 on March 28 of 2022.
Danica Milojevic’s Manager Mr. Oliver came back around 18h40 and handed me two page N4 after knocking on my door. I made him aware that this can not be processed right now because relevant agency (housing stability) would be closed at this time, I would call them on Tuesday March 29 to find out further about it.
After I read the document it was found to be outdated because it shows a date of March 25, where as I received the N4 on March 28 of 2022 around 18h40.

1) it has no reference to my OW file or the Social Insurance number on it, to relate the N4 to a specific person and not to be misused by any unauthorised people.
2) it was outdated, because it was delivered to me on March 28th although it was written on March 25th.
March 28 is the 13th week since OW file was terminated in December.
He left after leaving the N4 with me.
Without proper reference numbers, ID number etc. on this N4 document to link it to a specific person’s OW file any one from this building can claim N4 without going through the legal process which is a serious flaw of the paper work (or bogus paper work). So I am not submitting this flawed document to housing stability unless it meets some basic clarity requirements, it was given to me hurriedly without properly completing it.

My role is not and never was to deliver this type of ambiguous paper work for others use without proper clarity to link it to my residential tenancy in this building. I wrote about similar situations in my previous precautionary notes where I stated that any paper work I am submitting/completing is for myself not for any one else, because I am not a lawyer, not representing any one else. My appearances in legal matters/law offices etc. is to deal with my own situation not for others, because I am not a lawyer (also not a social worker), I am an Engineer (ND2 category).

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May – Five years this month in 2022 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)
A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
I am located within the Region of Peel of Canada near airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, airlines please help me issue a emergency ticket for me, I am out of money. I will pay back later. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. Also I want to mention that since it was not my mission to live under the disguise of a destitute, no one can succeed in making me destitute. THIS MUST BE A disappointment FOR MY ENEMIES. When we landed in Canada in December 1993 I was reasonably wealthy to afford own rental apartment and not seek a shelter. 30 years in North America has depleted me of all of my financial resources and possessions but could not deplete me of my education, experience and discipline. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}).
