OW monthly envelope for the month of October 2021 – Rent Paid directly for the month of October 2021 – Updated October 06 of 2021

TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST/CONCERN

I have down loaded the monthly OW envelope for the month of October 2021 as audio file from OW IVR system associated with my Social Insurance Number. Rent for the month of October 2021 has been deducted from my monthly cheque to pay direct to receivers.

Printed version of OW monthly envelope was received on October 01 of 2021 at 09h45 in my letter box 2.

Main reasosn that I requested (written application process) from OW for rent pay direct and deduct from my monthly cheque was to avoid un-necessary disputes and un-necessary conversations as happened several times during the past 4.5 years between me and my Rent Receivers (Oliver and Dianna) maroon color car and maroon color truck.

Dated October 05 of 2021- Attn: People of the World, APPEAL – Urgent and serious matter (this is real, not fake, please do not ignore)-I am in need of Urgent attention Please Help (OW stops at age 65, less than 90 days to age 65 for me), by “KHALID MAHMOOD” in Hamilton Ontario Canada L8V1V3 – I need a plane ticket and spending money to leave from Canada to go back to my previous contract work, Please enable and facilitate me reinstate my contract of the past.

I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit is shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it is not Salary Pay it is some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wants me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why I was put on this OW program since 2006, I also told him that I am NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait. So please help me before this OW comes to an end at age 65.)

There is a obvious pattern in all this as detected by me since 2015, I have been forced to go to shelters (due to lack of money) during the time in the shelters I find a place to rent and leave the shelter, I establish my place for people to know where I live, again I get kicked out of the rented property for unknown reason, again go to the shelter due to the lack of the money and repeat of the same thing again and again since 2015.

Why ??? what have I done so wrong, I want to leave from this country to my previous work setting.
This has been done to me four times since 2015.
(occurances of similar behaviour in Ottawa and Fairless Hills not counted here).

(Absolutely Not hiding, I am non-criminal and I am a legal citizen in the country of my present residence. I am a tenant in this building with proper authorization (later on I found I was trapped to rent here). Rental document was submitted to case manager (OW central office) of the file before move in, so I have no reason to hide and I am not playing hide and seek (or Tom and Jerry) because I never played hide and seek in my childhood).

In addition my visitors are requested not to interfere and please do not socialize with anyone else on the upper floor specially anyone seen in adjacent open Door #3 or anyone else who tries to intercept and misguide with false information / deception. They have their own agenda and I am not associated with them absolutely NOT , not my well wishers. Please do not give anyone opportunity to intercept just ignore.

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, absolutely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with curtain and mean nothing. This setup was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as tempreture outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), it was just artificial rain. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to prtoect some one.

and has a light bulb on my door #2 (does not belong to open Door 3 which may be on or off irrelevant).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.

Please help and save me from this abusive, hopeless and helpless situation before it is too late.

Please note that despite any changes to the appearance of the wooden door of my unit 2 (or Door# 2) on the upper floor of 671 Fennell Ave. East, which is accessible through the glass door in front and/or metal door in the back alley or the posters on the top, this is the same building as before and I am still at the same address which is also my ID address, same GPS coordinates and plus code, no change.

I am not paid by any agency, I am separated/divorced from wife and live a unmarried life since 2005, I am a Soleproprietor IBO myself with no income yet and rely on OW social assistance. That’s why I want to return to my previous contract work that I was doing before with a pay cheque.

Since I am not ill I did not apply for any COVID benefits (self screening).

Please help me return to normal life, my emergency is different than the COVID emergency.

When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

When businesses flourish, generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed . Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration.

Multiple times I have come across this situation right outside the glass door of 671 on the front side that when people see me outdoors, approach me asking for some clarification about the address. Most of them do not know that there are 12 units on the upper floor of 671 numbered 1 through 12 and I live in only one unit i.e. unit 2 (door with curtain). such as delivery boys, courier services etc.

This information is publicly available for use on Canada Post website. Any one can lookup the postal code L8V1V3 and all the addresses associated with this postal code will be displayed on the screen.

This applies to back alley metal door of 671 as well. It is not a different building from behind. Back side stairs also lead to the passage to the hallway but through the east side of the building. where as stairs from the front side glass door entrance provide an option at the top to either enter the east side of the building or west side of the building by choosing the left or right side wooden door to enter the floor.

It is that simple, just few clicks on the screen and few key strokes on the keyboard.

This building seems to have gone through a major appearance change project from outside to look new, both posters on top were seen changed and the corner shop downstairs in 675 has become sky cannabis after a gestation period of about 10 months. So this is not a new building, this is the same old building where I have been living for 4.5 years in October 2021 since 2017 May (as monthly rent paying tenant with paper work completed before my move-in)

I visited the Service Ontario on August 30 of 2021 to verify it and obtain a printed receipt as well for this verification (received the in person verified uodated Drivers Licence on 09/22/2021 in my letter box #2). My Canada Post records, OW File, Credit Reports, Revenue Canada, Bank Accounts, Phone Records, Medical Records, Police Records, all have same present ID address, also linked to (4 different types of) my biometrics as well. which may be a challenge for the IMPOSTORS and illegals to claim even with serious bribes, crimes, illusions, games of make believe, muscle power, connections and links etc. etc. I wonder why such people can’t make efforts to obtain their own, honestly? has the legal system or society’s norms changed ? When I was growing up in my country of birth my parents did not send me to another country to live without ID or using someone else’s ID, I waited in my country of birth untill the age of 24 to complete my Engineering Education to be able to live in another country legally with my own IDs not on somebody else’s IDs. I did the same for my children and gave them their own IDs so that they did not need someone else’s IDs and live without fear and without “cat and mouse game”. Those who use someone else’s IDs are comparable to leeches who suck others blood and grow bigger and bigger. (in my mind ID is a very broad term, not just a card, someone’s name, family, assetts, some one’s work, culture and past all make up a unique ID).

Despite any move-ins or move-outs around me over this weekend and during week days Monday and Tuesday my location has not changed, I am still at the same location i.e. My ID address for the past 52 months in this building. Seems to be a very long move-out, some one started past Saturday or perhaps before that and still goes on, Dxxxx was seen moving the stuff out of the unit 3 and putting in the hallway Exxx and Axxxx were also present watching the activity. Other days they were seen helping the move out to the vehicle parked outside the building on the front side.

If academically low/no formal education, non-technical people can misguide highly technical organizations just by using someone else’s (technical) ID (perhaps as a permit or business associate) to play a game of make believe and to make a fool, than what is the use and/or credibilty of such organizations. Something to think about. And if such ID gimmicks were acceptable than what is the use of ID laws. ??

If a record of someone’s profile in a database not linked to persons’s biometrics than there is high possibility that unauthorized (or illegals) people linked/connected to people in high positions can claim (or misuse) such IDs/Records electronically from the system. Something to think about to counter such people. This idea is not new has been in use for a long time, I learned this when I was growing up in Karachi and Electronic Format of record keeping was not used. Any and every application submitted to any office (private/govt.) was required to have a picture on it, completed in own handwriting etc. Each application/paper work created a file a.k.a profile. Now in the modern times, same thing should be implemented electronically, in addition to photo and handwriting, a audio sample file should be added to the profile record, in addition to handwriting, picture and finger prints. So when a clerk/record keeper displays a profile on computer screen, would immediately know exactly who the record belongs to without ambiguity. This will be useful in preventing others from using it and only the original person can use it.

Profile records inside computer memory create a virtual being and one of the reliable methods (i.e. without ambiguity) is to link (or map) this virtual being or profile records (which lives inside computer memory) with biometrics of a corresponding human being which lives outside the computer memory on the planet earth.

Electronically kept profiles are like file folders consisting of paper work. In my past file folders were kept secured in big metal “safe/vaults” and could not be accessed remotely. Even for local access person’s physical presence was required to access the records. Because of the electronic record keeping of profiles any one can access profiles/IDs/documents remotely from anywhere around the globe (login security is insufficient to prevent misuse of profile/IDs records because the person trusted with enahced secured login credentials may be birbed or influenced by people in high positions to steal the profiles/IDs after secure login, enhanced secured login can discourage or delay unauthorised break-ins). Biometrics included on each ptofile/ID/document will be a step further and better security to prevent misuse/stealing of profiles/IDs/document.

Please disregard the containers in the hallway around the kitchen wall, absolutely un-related to my unit 2 /Door #2 with curtain and mean nothing. This setup was (just to fool someone) to catch the water drops falling from the ceiling above as if it was raining outside, where as tempreture outside was below freezing mark (in past winter), it was just artificial rain. Perhaps containers were used as some kind of hurdle or barrier to prtoect some one.

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. Pre-immigration status.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule.I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation.
