This building seems to have gone through a major appearance change project from outside to look new, both posters on top were seen changed and the corner shop downstairs in 675 has become sky cannabis after a gestation period of about 10 months. So this is not a new building, this is the same old building where I have been living for 4.5 years in October 2021 since 2017 May (as monthly rent paying tenant with paper work completed before my move-in)

(I have updated my provoncial IDs on 08/19/2021 with the same address again on tje internet without any physical change, i.e. the address of my residence for the past 53 months, received the updated Drivers Licence on 09/13/2021 in my letter box #2). I visited the Service Ontario on August 30 of 2021 to verify it and obtain a printed receipt as well for this verification (received the in person verified uodated Drivers Licence on 09/22/2021 in my letter box #2). My Canada Post records, OW File, Credit Reports, Revenue Canada, Bank Accounts, Phone Records, Medical Records, Police Records, all have same present ID address, also linked to (4 different types of) my biometrics as well. which may be a challenge for the IMPOSTORS and illegals to claim even with serious bribes, crimes, illusions, games of make believe, muscle power, connections and links etc. etc. I wonder why such people can’t make efforts to obtain their own, honestly? has the legal system or society’s norms changed ? When I was growing up in my country of birth my parents did not send me to another country to live without ID or using someone else’s ID, I waited in my country of birth untill the age of 24 to complete my Engineering Education to be able to live in another country legally with my own IDs not on somebody else’s IDs. I did the same for my children and gave them their own IDs so that they did not need someone else’s IDs and live without fear and without “cat and mouse game”. Those who use someone else’s IDs are comparable to leeches who suck others blood and grow bigger and bigger. (in my mind ID is a very broad term, not just a card, someone’s name, family, assetts, some one’s work, culture and past all make up a unique ID).
Despite any move-ins or move-outs around me over this weekend and during week days Monday and Tuesday my location has not changed, I am still at the same location i.e. My ID address for the past 52 months in this building. Seems to be a very long move-out, some one started past Saturday or perhaps before that and still goes on, Dxxxx was seen moving the stuff out of the unit 3 and putting in the hallway Exxx and Axxxx were also present watching the activity. Other days they were seen helping the move out to the vehicle parked outside the building on the front side.
If academically low/no formal education, non-technical people can misguide highly technical organizations just by using someone else’s (technical) ID (perhaps as a permit or business associate) to play a game of make believe and to make a fool, than what is the use and/or credibilty of such organizations. Something to think about. And if such ID gimmicks were acceptable than what is the use of ID laws. ??
If a record of someone’s profile in a database not linked to persons’s biometrics than there is high possibility that unauthorized (or illegals) people linked/connected to people in high positions can claim (or misuse) such IDs/Records electronically from the system. Something to think about to counter such people. This idea is not new has been in use for a long time, I learned this when I was growing up in Karachi and Electronic Format of record keeping was not used. Any and every application submitted to any office (private/govt.) was required to have a picture on it, completed in own handwriting etc. Each application/paper work created a file a.k.a profile. Now in the modern times, same thing should be implemented electronically, in addition to photo and handwriting, a audio sample file should be added to the profile record, in addition to handwriting, picture and finger prints. So when a clerk/record keeper displays a profile on computer screen, would immediately know exactly who the record belongs to without ambiguity. This will be useful in preventing others from using it and only the original person can use it.
Profile records inside computer memory create a virtual being and one of the reliable methods (i.e. without ambiguity) is to link (or map) this virtual being or profile records (which lives inside computer memory) with biometrics of a corresponding human being which lives outside the computer memory on the planet earth.
Electronically kept profiles are like file folders consisting of paper work. In my past file folders were kept secured in big metal “safe/vaults” and could not be accessed remotely. Even for local access person’s physical presence was required to access the records. Because of the electronic record keeping of profiles any one can access profiles/IDs/documents remotely from anywhere around the globe (login security is insufficient to prevent misuse of profile/IDs records because the person trusted with enahced secured login credentials may be birbed or influenced by people in high positions to steal the profiles/IDs after secure login, enhanced secured login can discourage or delay unauthorised break-ins). Biometrics included on each ptofile/ID/document will be a step further and better security to prevent misuse/stealing of profiles/IDs/document.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
I got my Brown envelope from OW in Ottawa on May 02 of 2023 around 07h00 am. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. I AM A VICTIM OF SERIOUS FRAUDS AND CRIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, SO (AUTHORITIES) PLEASE DO NOT VICTIMIZE ME FURTHER (i.e. investigate the crime not the victim). I visited OW office same day i.e. April 03 in the afternoon around 15h00, arrived here from Region of Peel of Canada via Toronto, I was at the Toronto Pearson airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia permanently, it is not for vacationing, it is about going back home, airlines please help me issue a emergency boarding pass or ticket for me, I am out of money. OW did not provide moving expenses from Brampton to Ottawa, OW did NOT provide housing upon arrival in Ottawa on April 03 afternoon, rather referred me to 311 which arranged a place for me at the Shelter. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. (my letter box was restored on February 06 of 2023 after a disruption of three weeks but I was evicted on February 17 Family Day 2023 weekend). I arrived in Brampton due to illegal occupation of my residence of over five years in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. I was in Brampton Ontario since July 22. (Today on April 15 of 2023 it has been almost a year since this illegal act was committed on Jun 19, still Canadian Govt. has not been able to help me out of this situation because the same situation still persists, despite me being in Canada, how will they help people outside Canada, where do they have more influence inside or outside the country). As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Crt. Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it was more than a month and half but still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia from Ottawa because as of April 03 of 2023 I have sheltered myself in Ottawa because OW stopped my rent in April 2023. Why ?? If they stop my rent they should issue a plane ticket for me to go back home permanently. ------------------------------------- I am not a twin, I am not a double and my three off springs are absent from my life for a long time so please do not be confused from me for my siblings or off springs or someone else or even from my father because my father died in 1981 in a different land and even if he was alive today he would have been 100 plus years of age. -----------------------------
So Why my rent money was stopped (incomplete partial cheque) by OW in April 2023. As a result of this I am in Shelter in Ottawa, In the shelter bed number is painted on the bed frame not on the locker door. Lockers placement is wrong to create a system of deception and misguided. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00.
(I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
