Interpretations of changing names (or name changes) – it should be understood in the proper context, word “change” should not be taken or talked about out of context for correctness and completeness of it – updated 10/04/2021

If a person named “AB” at birth becomes “XY” at the age 20 after fulfilling the legal requirements that would be considered a legal change of name, and it changes name on ID perfectly legally, when it is done after completing legal procedures.

Since early 90s when internet became available publicly and commercially, people started creating web or chat profiles with dummy names which had no relevance to their real legal names on their IDs, because these web or chat profiles were not linked to and were not subjected to ID verification. Such temporary adopted names are not considered legal name changes because IDs are not used to verify some ones name when creating a profile and do not impact the name on IDs. Profiles created in company/employer’s work database are more authentic than the web profiles because company/employer’s work data bases have legal status.

All these ID rules and regulations apply only to those mature and responsible people who live legally and have govt. issued (set of more than one cards such as Driver’s Licence, health card, Social Insurance card, citizenship card etc.) photo IDs. Nothing applies to other kind of people, they are always on the run or in the hiding, living under the shadow of others covered by sugar coated lies and deception and illusions (always playing cat and mouse games, as babies play in their early lives).

Following is based on my analysis/research/hypothesis after my two non-criminal arrests and imprisonment (in 2005 and 2012) of 400 days and nights in US alone that:

Another method of name change other than the one above stated is that take over some one eles’s ID and adopt the name on ID with support and backing from a position of power, which will result in name change. (Or import another person by the same name to use it). As was done after deporting me from US by the US govt. officials, perhaps to use my ID and sugar coat it with lies and fancy words to justify the unacceptable actions/behaviour. (stated with due respect to any who one might get upset and/or offended by it.) clearly misuse and abuse of power. Use of biometrics with ID records and/or RFID implant can prevent effectively this kind of ID takeovers and name changes, and also prevent unnecessary arrests and deportations by eliminating the name ambiguity and false claims.

I have personally started using my ID numbers in web or chat profiles on the internet to make my profiles authentic, easily identifiable and easily linkable to me, volunteerily. I am not concerned about my information privacy, I am more concerned about my information protection, that’s why I do not use fictitous or temporary names on internet.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in tbeir programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assisstance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
