TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST:
Today I saw door 3 partially ajar after several days. It looked empty as if someone has moved out of unit 3, For the past one year many people used to come here and sit in unit 3 with a person by the name of Doug, who once was heard reponsding as “Mr. Mahmood” when someone called him from the hallway.
It was noticed on August 30 that someone was trying to close this building by causing artificial rain at the door of unit 3 and paint droppings in hallway. Little Puddle of water created by this dropping water is close to my door as well and can impact me. So I am concerned about it.
They have already played this game on me in May 2015 by closing the building when I was a tenant at NF Courtside Inn in Niagara Falls Canada at Stanley Ave. This was reported to LTB as T2 application SOT 58722-15-IN and attended many sessions of the Social Tribunal Court in St. Catharines related to this matter.
So why again ?? I take notice of such moves because I am the one who gets impacted by such moves with out any support group.
Also unit 3 is very close and adjacent to my Door #2 and causes confusion and deception, people come out of unit 3 from a distance they look like at unit 2, so close that only one persons space in the passage so Unit 3 should not not be rented again, when I live here in the building in unit 2. They should schedule to rent unit 3 after I fly back to my previous country of residence and employment in Jubail Saudi Arabia as Control Systems Engineer at a plant, same plant as before or a different or SABIC which is owner of all the plants. Newly built buildings have different rules, doors are kept far apart and not so close to each other like hips joint. (unit 1 and the bathroom is another hips joint formation in this building).
When people play games they all know the rules and the moves before entering into a game, I am subjected to such games without any orientation and without any prior preparation/notices and without any support groups such as my family. very sad and strange habit of people.

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May 2017- nearly 4.5 years i.e. 53 months – in September 2021 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)
A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in tbeir programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assisstance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.
I am located within the Region of Peel of Canada near airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, airlines please help me issue a emergency ticket for me, I am out of money. When we landed in Canada in December 1993 I was reasonably wealthy to afford own rental apartment and not seek a shelter. 30 years in North America has depleted me of all of my financial resources and possessions but could not deplete me of my education, experience and discipline. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
Since July 22 of 2022 I was sheltered at 15 Wilkinson Rd, Brampton Ontario L6T4X1. As of December 01 of 2022 I have rented a room on monthly basis at 10 Conover Court in Brampton (Upstairs). IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}).
