Subscription/services were cancelled effective end of October 2020.
There should have been no further invoicing/billing.
Starting month of November 2020 admin portal was wrong fully showing a balance of CAD$8.70, suddenly in middle of the month admin portal is showing a balance of CAD$17.40. (got fixed = 0 few days ago).
This was single user single licence 365 account not a joint account not a family account.
(A Microsoft support person [Case #:22347139] – offered over the phone on November 13 to (as courtesy) refund CAD$8.70 subscription for the month of October 2020 due to non-availablility of services during October, system outage , inconvenience etc. instead balance has gone up in middle of the month , this is unacceptable , what kind of impression would this leave about Microsoft’s professionalism.)
Does it make sense. In November 2020 balance should be zero $.
Microsoft Commercial billing should look into this matter, my files on Onedrive must be secured immediately for me on a usb stick or SD card in compliance with GDPR protection.
How can this be possible.
I have cancelled it, Please stop sending these messages.
