It may be acceptable to show muscle power and violence to defaulters but when you show me muscle power and violence to non defaulter, it becomes a questionable matter, what were the intentions behind it.
If intruders can barge in by breaking-in during bright day light and other people present around, then where is a safe place to live in Canada.
Is it normal in Canada or acceptable.
Who is behind all this and for what objectives.
If that is what they want to do why did they rent me in this building, just to trap and use me without my consent.
This behaviour may be compared with trained dogs, which may be protectors at times or same dogs may become CRAZY wild animals and cause harm. As was done this morning on Saturday October 31 of 2020.
There was no legal reason to force entry into my apt this morning around 09h20 am.
Starting from October 22, first it was deadbolt lock that was messed up by malfunction (without support to get it fixed immediately). After that he broke into my apartment yelling and shouting and ripped and snatched my windows curtains saying something about bed sheets and underwear. He broke into my phone’s call protection on October 22 of 2020 around 08h30 am while I was on a walk outdoors at the intersection of Upper sherman and Mohawk.
Image of the curtains snatched from the windows in my apt/room (Door 2) in my presence, holes for the curtain rings can be seen clearly on the curtains in the picture below, so these were not (NOT) bed sheets, regardless, during 2019 incident when I contacted Hamilton City Hall, I was told there was no such bylaw to tell what kind of window coverings are allowed, it is personal choice, more than decoration it is for protection from harmful radiations, glare etc.

Suppose if there was something wrong (although according to Hamilton City Hall there is no bylaw , {confirmed a year ago in November 2019}, to dictate what type of window coverings to use, where is this person Oliver from, he has no respect for the local laws, please listen to the audio file to detect aggression in his voice),
there should have been a professional approach to point it out with sufficient time given to me to take care of the problem, i.e. if there was a problem, before such a drastic step, it was like a pressure on him from somewhere which he could not hold and barged into my apartment without court order.
This kind of behaviour for me is nothing more than childish tantrums (I know this for sure being a parent of three children) and/or bullyism.
Since this behaviour was exhibited by an physically adult looking person it could be due to his own mental faculties backed up by bully philosophy to govern and establish authority on defence less and peaceful human beings.
How can authorities in Canada tolerate such a behaviour from adults responsible for important matters ??
I am sure other tenants in Hamilton will ask the same question.

I am being harassed here by forced entries into residence, wrong arrests, by messing up with locks, by selling expired cards, by stealing money from account without a reason, please help me. I need protection. I want to leave from this country.

In Ottawa my educational documents were stolen from Arlington Street address in 2006.
I got my Brown envelope from OW in Ottawa on May 02 of 2023 around 07h00 am. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. I AM A VICTIM OF SERIOUS FRAUDS AND CRIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, SO (AUTHORITIES) PLEASE DO NOT VICTIMIZE ME FURTHER (i.e. investigate the crime not the victim). I visited OW office same day i.e. April 03 in the afternoon around 15h00, arrived here from Region of Peel of Canada via Toronto, I was at the Toronto Pearson airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia permanently, it is not for vacationing, it is about going back home, airlines please help me issue a emergency boarding pass or ticket for me, I am out of money. OW did not provide moving expenses from Brampton to Ottawa, OW did NOT provide housing upon arrival in Ottawa on April 03 afternoon, rather referred me to 311 which arranged a place for me at the Shelter. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. (my letter box was restored on February 06 of 2023 after a disruption of three weeks but I was evicted on February 17 Family Day 2023 weekend). I arrived in Brampton due to illegal occupation of my residence of over five years in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. I was in Brampton Ontario since July 22. (Today on April 15 of 2023 it has been almost a year since this illegal act was committed on Jun 19, still Canadian Govt. has not been able to help me out of this situation because the same situation still persists, despite me being in Canada, how will they help people outside Canada, where do they have more influence inside or outside the country). As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Crt. Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it was more than a month and half but still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia from Ottawa because as of April 03 of 2023 I have sheltered myself in Ottawa because OW stopped my rent in April 2023. Why ?? If they stop my rent they should issue a plane ticket for me to go back home permanently. ------------------------------------- I am not a twin, I am not a double and my three off springs are absent from my life for a long time so please do not be confused from me for my siblings or off springs or someone else or even from my father because my father died in 1981 in a different land and even if he was alive today he would have been 100 plus years of age. -----------------------------
So Why my rent money was stopped (incomplete partial cheque) by OW in April 2023. As a result of this I am in Shelter in Ottawa, In the shelter bed number is painted on the bed frame not on the locker door. Lockers placement is wrong to create a system of deception and misguided. OW or the Shelter should upgrade my housing and make Holiday Inn or any other Hotel near Ottawa airport as my Shelter immediately. ------------------------------ {[Eldest Son of Business owner (passed away in 1981) of ARCO Tailors and ZAM ZAM زم زم Tailors - (plus other side businesses) located around CHOWRANGI area in NAZIMABAD of KARACHI PAKISTAN]} ---------------------------------- CITIZEN OF CANADA PRESENTLY LOCATED IN Ottawa ONTARIO CANADA. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00.
(I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993.

Due to this I sheltered myself in Ottawa as of April 03 of 2023 because OW stopped my rent in April and issued a incomplete cheque. I have filed an appeal to the lawyers to look into this issue, I need emergency financial aid in Ottawa in addition to regulate monthly cheqye. IF ANYONE FEELS IMPACTED BY MY DOCUMENTED PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCES and information WOULD BE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN GUILT OF WRONG DOINGS, I AM NOT WRITING AGAINST ANY SPECIFIC PERSON, except documenting about my own situation and experiences, where as OTHERS have been STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING AGAINST A SPECIFIC PERSON (i.e. myself, the {KHALID MAHMOOD}). NEW MAKERS CAN NOT SUCCEED BY ISOLATING ME FROM MY CHILDREN, FRIENDS, PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES AND REST OF THE WORLD.
