My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 catagory. In other simple words I want to return to my Pre- immigration life.

I am constantly under harassment and threats. They just provoke and intimidate I wonder is that why I was trapped to rent in this building.
Please save me from this abuse.
There is no emergency legal service available on the week end as per 211 service, they just provide information about services available during weekday and working hours. These people create a problem during off hours and over the weekend.
This is a serious abuse and hate for no reason. Some one should kindly look into this on priority basis before the situation worsens it is already tense.

Light above the door never seen turned ON perhaps bulb needs replacement or a tripped breaker.
A neighbour’s light helps a little bit in the dark.
Following is the street light located at Fennell Ave. East at the corner of Fennell and E28th.
Front side glass door has better lighting because there is a street light nearby which is bright enough for 671 as well as shown below.

2016 – Remembrance Day – attended a meeting with OW Case Manager in Niagara Falls. I was resident in Niagara region at that time. Moved to Hamilton (HOC) in 2017 May.
2018 – AUGUST 15 – Received a threatening text message from a unknown person who was planning to arrest me on November 13. Screenshot of the threatening text message published earlier.
2018 – Next Day of Remembrance Day – Hamilton Police arrested me (non-criminal) from my ID address in Hamilton.
2018 – November 13 (the threat Day for me as per the text message of August 15) – All Day and previous night at the DET center. I was released at night after more than 24 hours in custody from the Barton Street DET center at night.

My observations which may be useful for others about web profiles created by me on the internet – Updated 09/30/2020

When creating a profile on web sites a form or multiple forms need to be filled by the information requested. After completion, email verification and other authentication steps profile gets activated and if required owner / account holder can update (change/correct etc) when required over the period of life of the profile. Account holders used to have full editing ability on the information submitted on the forms.
Recently I have noticed that some companies take away the account holders ability to edit some of the fields on forms which is very strange and questionable and defeats the purpose of the creating it on the internet. It is possible over a period of time that phone, email or address or other dynamic information needs to be updated. Certain static profile information like legal name, date of birth, gender does not change and may be made un-editable. But why make dynamic information un-editable which can change and needs to be updated over the life of profile.
Some donot provide the ability to disable or remove the profile if the account holder decides profile not needed any more. Why ?? – following may be the reason.
Some companies perhaps intake people just so that they create those profiles and companies use the information and documents submitted by the account holder for other purposes (without account holders consent under the assumption “how would they know” or with the backing of some authorities under false permits).
Some employment agencies, some banks I came across are involved in this kind of behaviour which is illegal.
Profiles disappear from the websites:
Many years ago I wrote about the usefulness or disadvantages of profiles on the web. I mean the misinterpretation of the information on these profiles by the less knowledgeable people may become dangerous. Another disadvantage I came across that people take over perfectly useable profiles just by manipulating or changing some information (in my hypothesis, otherwise why the profiles would become inaccessible). Recently I came to know that two of my profiles which were normally accessible few month ago and suddenly became inaccessible. One on the hollandalumni.nl website and other one locally in Hamilton. There procedure to restore or regain access do not work either. As if other people use those profiles , who knows for what ?????

I am a rent paying monthly tenant at this address for the past 40 months.
Few months ago some body half inserted the COVID-19 poster as shown in the picture. It is still not fully inserted and hanging outside. What is the purpose of this poster insert.
Is this building used for medical purpose.I have not seen this kind of poster elsewhere in other buildings. When I rented here in 2017 I was not given any specific information about how the building is used.
Please clarify, what is the purpose of this poster insert.

In the same building around November 2019 the following mobility equipment was seen at the glass door entrance of 671 tied to the railing of the stairs (which is used by aged or disabled). This equipment was not of a visitor rather it was seen tied to the railing for few weeks. It would be a hard task for someone who is dependent on this equipment to go up the stairs with out an elevator etc. Building has no handicap signage, no handicap parking.
The above poster and following equipment makes me wonder that perhaps this building is used for medical purpose, so why would they rent me in this building.

I am being harassed in the building by saying “Not welcome here” : Attention requested from – Mayor of Hamilton and other relevant agencies : dated August 10 of 2020

Few minutes around 18h30 ago when I came back after a short walk (E28th/Bruce Street/Upper Sherman/Fennell Ave. East),
[person who said “None of your business” out side the building on August 09 of 2020 around 20h00 in the presence of another person who was seen driving a VW car and lives in the same building]
A person (as described above) came out to the stairs from the west side wooden door (August 10 of 2020 around 18h30) and said “You are not welcome”. , soon after I entered the building through the front side glass door entrance. (Somehow he knew the perfect time of me being on the stairs).
I replied to him “I am not in your group so don’t bother me.
This is harrassment and a questionable behaviour because I am not a visitor nor a guest in the building I am a legitimate (monthly) rent paying tenant and August 2020 is the 40th month I have lived continuously in this building. The person who said it is seen less than a year in this building some connection with Brantford area.
Same person on August 09 (morning hours) said something about “spying” in the hallway while he was heading towards the bathroom and I was coming out of my door #2 into the hallway.
I am NOT (absolutely NOT) involved with this person or any of other occupants of the building, I am on my own and pay my rent through OW.
My rent is paid. So why this hostile behaviour and treatment towards me. Please look into this.

My email address is not owned by IBM business neither by APPLE business or any other person or entity or organization because it is based on my own domain name.
My email address based on my own domain xxxx@m0168.org is my personal asset, which I use to enroll on these websites to gain certain access and generate login ID with password. To consider my login ID as apple ID or IBMid is absolutely wrong and may have legal implications due to wrong wordings. I use my same email address of my own domain to login on several websites so my email address is not an ID from apple or PC Optimum or IBM or microsoft (absolutely not) etc., my email address is an ID from my own domain which is m0168.org

I got my Brown envelope from OW in Ottawa on May 02 of 2023 around 07h00 am. I am back in Ottawa as of April 03 after nearly 12 years, So I am not Located in Niagara, Hamilton, (Brampton) Peel any more, too many illegal evictions and mail box keys frauds. I AM A VICTIM OF SERIOUS FRAUDS AND CRIMES IN NORTH AMERICA, SO (AUTHORITIES) PLEASE DO NOT VICTIMIZE ME FURTHER (i.e. investigate the crime not the victim). I visited OW office same day i.e. April 03 in the afternoon around 15h00, arrived here from Region of Peel of Canada via Toronto, I was at the Toronto Pearson airport waiting for my flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia permanently, it is not for vacationing, it is about going back home, airlines please help me issue a emergency boarding pass or ticket for me, I am out of money. OW did not provide moving expenses from Brampton to Ottawa, OW did NOT provide housing upon arrival in Ottawa on April 03 afternoon, rather referred me to 311 which arranged a place for me at the Shelter. Two pieces of ID should be used to identify a person correctly. (my letter box was restored on February 06 of 2023 after a disruption of three weeks but I was evicted on February 17 Family Day 2023 weekend). I arrived in Brampton due to illegal occupation of my residence of over five years in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. I was in Brampton Ontario since July 22. (Today on April 15 of 2023 it has been almost a year since this illegal act was committed on Jun 19, still Canadian Govt. has not been able to help me out of this situation because the same situation still persists, despite me being in Canada, how will they help people outside Canada, where do they have more influence inside or outside the country). As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Crt. Brampton L6Y3J5 which was disrupted on Family Day 2023 weekend Friday February 17 by a handwritten eviction note, now it was more than a month and half but still no solution to it. airlines should fly me back home to DAMMAM/Jubail Saudi Arabia from Ottawa because as of April 03 of 2023 I have sheltered myself in Ottawa because OW stopped my rent in April 2023. Why ?? If they stop my rent they should issue a plane ticket for me to go back home permanently. ------------------------------------- I am not a twin, I am not a double and my three off springs are absent from my life for a long time so please do not be confused from me for my siblings or off springs or someone else or even from my father because my father died in 1981 in a different land and even if he was alive today he would have been 100 plus years of age. -----------------------------
So Why my rent money was stopped (incomplete partial cheque) by OW in April 2023. As a result of this I am in Shelter in Ottawa, In the shelter bed number is painted on the bed frame not on the locker door. Lockers placement is wrong to create a system of deception and misguided. why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September, October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Why OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information even in Ottawa. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dated April 08 of 2023 around 11h00.
(I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in April 2023 and future month as well, as long as my flight was not given to me in response to my appeal to go back home of before immigration in 1993.
