My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have prompted me to make this decision (decision accepted/aplroved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my letter below because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 catagory. In other simple words I want to return to my Pre- immigration life./I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I can be contacted directly without any intermediary to work out the details and schedule. I am available to leave immediately after my travel arrangements are made and contract is ready with a pay cheque and accommodation. Please help and save me from this abusive and hopeless situation before it is too late.

Please note that despite any changes to the appearance of the wooden door of my unit 2 on the upper floor of 671 Fennell Ave. East, which is accessible through the glass door in front or metal door in the back alley, this is the same building as before and I am still at the same address which is also my ID address, same GPS coordinates and plus code, no change. Also my door light (a bulb) on unit 2 wooden door is back on. No more darkness in the corner of my ~~ unit 2, there may be other dark spots.

Issues with Discount Stores – Sizing labels on clothes and sizing numbers on shoes – Cashiers playing games and misbehaving with paying customers – Updated October 14 of 2020

Many years ago when Zellers was a popular and active brand I noticed that sizing labels on their men’s clothes were incorrect specially on men’s trousers/pants. Which I printed out to them. By early 2013 most of the Zellers brand stores were closed, I am not sure if any existed today.Recently I came across similar problem with men’s shirts being sold at Winners stores. Also men’s shoes sold at Walmart stores were of incorrect size numbers as marked on the shoes. I guess this is due to the low prices they offer and can not guarantee quality.Wrong sizing numbers and wrong size labels become an issue for a shopper like myself who buys clothes and shoes by the size numbers without using fitting rooms.Another situation that shoppers should be aware is that of technology used for theft prevention on the merchandise. In the past retail stores used ink tags or magnetic tags (also known as sensors) which used to sound alarm at exit if not de-magnetized by the store/cashier. Now RFID tags (electronic security) are used for this purpose but the stores do not have the necessary infrastructure or trained staff to handle or understand RFID tags. If the tags database not updated or not disabled etc. may result in complications.What I observed in the recent years is that physical security guards in uniform in some retail environments look for or focus on shoppers instead of merchandise in these stores. Very disturbing and questionable behaviour of retail environments now a days.


Another questionable behaviour of retail stores:Playing games and misbehaving with paying customers. I went to a walmart store in the neighbourhood at Mohawk for quick shopping on September 05. I noticed Cashier’s not visible, they hide behind the stuff or become out of sight. I saw register 10 cashier waiting without any customer so after putting my items on the conveyor belt I approached the cashier, suddenly a man came from the other side and cashier said he was ahead of you, what does it mean. If he was ahead of why did he not complete the transaction before leaving the register. They play such games to make customers guilty of doing something wrong. NOT acceptable. This kind of behaviour must change.Prices on the shelf and at register are always a problem in this store. Scanned price for the Soda at the register is always (most of the time) a $1.00 more than the price on the shelf. Prices at Walmart are supposed to be falling, not other way around (i.e. shelf sticker shows lower price and at check out receipt shows higher price), this is over charging. Walmart Senior Management/Executives should look into such matters and audit such locations.


A store called Shoe Factory or Factory Shoe on Upper James in Hamilton.

In July of 2020 OW Case Manager of my file gave me one time cash benefit , which I decided to invest in good quality shoe. I bought a pair of shoes from the above store in Hamilton. In about two months usage shoe looks like this as shown below:(Wear and tear in Two months usage).

This definitely is a durability issue and the quality of material used in it. Shoe is not the worth of the price I paid for it. It is a well known brand but product is not durable. I approached the store to get it repaired or replaced from the manufacturer. On Friday Sept 04 a store rep. agreed to replace it but on Tuesday September 08 that person was not available and the other people were less than friendly in this matter. I chose another pair the cashier asked me to pay the difference and did not adjust the price. She ripped the bag in which I carried my damaged (worn out) shoe to the store and she did not even have the courtesy to put the pair of shoes in another bag. This reflects on something , a consistent policy (or their true inner behaviour) of showing their hate and disliking towards me. I wonder why ????It was a paid pair of shoe from the one time benefit I got from OW case manager. I produced the receipts as well.Something to think about what is happening here.


Retail industry should train their staff at all levels with special emphasis on those who have no North American shooling/education for the following reason.In my most recent experience with a big retailer (the Bay/hbc rewards) I found that staff is using wrong salutation with customers. I have closed this loyalty account in my name as of October 08 of 2020 I was not using it so keeping it makes no logical sense. I will (eventually ) close all such store loyalty membership cards, which have no use. What is the use of these web profiles, nothing more than headaches.

In some countries it is considered respect to say Mister with the given name. Where as in Western countries North America, Mister is used with the Family name or Full name. By using Mister with the given name they switch given and family names which is wrong because that contradicts with the two letters of initials.

I bought a pant from Bay store in limeridge mall in which sizing labels were found wrong .

Returned it to the store. Waist size was much bigger than the size shown on labels. I was suggested to use fitting rooms to try them on, I told them it is unhygienic, I buy clothes by the size labels without using the fitting room. It is very disappointing that Bay clothes are wrongly labeled like Zellers.

Marks warehouse pants were found wrong sizing labels. (No measures ng tape to check the size).

Moores Dockers pants were found showing wrong size labels.

I cancelled Moores Perfect Fit loyalty program as of October 14 of 2020 15h00, no one should be able to use it any further for any reason at all.


I believe mail orders (on line shopping) is better to avoid these problems but in Hamilton my orders/shipments are stolen and diverted to somebody else. I am used to order by mail orders since I was a teenager in Karachi Pakistan, US businesses used to advertise in local digests in Pakistan. I used to get my shipments at our family business ARCO tailors in Karachi Pakistan.

When I was on contract in Jubail Saudi Arabia I used to get auto parts, mail etc shipped to me by DHL from Canada.


I cancelled my pcOptimum retail loyalty program in 2020 for personal reasons (missing points etc. ) not worth to chase correction for such points program.

Rosemarie and Rick Ferroni poster has been replaced with a Golfie poster. But building at address 671 Fennell Ave. East is still the same old building, has not changed. Just a visual change, no address change, absolutely not. Not a newly discovered or not a newly constructed building. This is the same old building where I have been living as monthly residential tenant for the past 39 months. Change of a visual clue (the poster) does not mean a different building.

And building is so old that it is not even suitable for men’s living for long. A Family living in this building is absolutely out of imagination and a big deception. 35 years ago my apartment in Karachi and other residences out side of Canada were equipped with private bath attached with my master bed room, this building has no attached bathrooms just shared bath rooms. So family presence in this building is just a deception.

A similar poster (same man) was seen on the top of the building when I moved in the building in May 2017. Posters started changing during freezing rain period in 2018 and a Elliott boom truck crane (usually used for high rise buildings) with a bucket was seen used for this work with two men.

Incorrect information provided by ZTE manufacturer – back of the phone does not work for contact less rather it is the screen side of the phone that works near the terminals in my ZTE axon 7 mini – Updated January 19 of 2021 charger issue

How about other phones – information from anyone or the phone manufacturer would be highly appreciated.



I came across a charger issue provided by ZTE with axon 7 mini (white color wall charger). I compared the issue with ZTE black color older wall charger.

White charger has some kind of voltage retention (perhaps a capacitor that does not discharge) even after the charger is unplugged from the wall, so it impacts charging next time , instead of charging phone it discharges the phone battery.

Black wall charger does not retain voltage after unplugging from the wall and does not discharge the battery at the next charge cycle.

I used a usb LED light to find this out, by connecting it to both chargers after unplugging from the wall. LED light flashes momentarily on white wall charger and turns off after capacitor fully discharges.

In black wall charger LED light does NOT turn on.

Please note that despite any changes to the appearance of the wooden door of my unit 2 on the upper floor of 671 Fennell Ave. East, which is accessible through the glass door in front or metal door in the back alley, this is the same building as before and I am still at the same address which is also my ID address, same GPS coordinates and plus code, no change. Also my door light (a bulb) on unit 2 wooden door is back on. No more darkness in the corner of my ~~ unit 2, there may be other dark spots.

I am not involved, I am not associated with anyone or any business in this building. I am an independent monthly rent paying tenant since May 2017 — (38 months). I am not a staff member of any work group in this building. I am a Soleproprietor IBO myself with no income yet and rely on OW social assistance. New requirements by HSR to be able to ride transit in Hamilton. “NON-Medical Masks” effective June 22 of 2020 updated June 20 of 2020.

I wonder whether these requirements are optional OR mandatory and what are the consequences of violation of these requirements. This (COVID) is something new happening, never experienced before so this must be clarified by the relevant authorities (public awareness) to educate and prepare public about it before enforcing new requirments.

As I understand purpose of the face masks is to protect from harmful and contegious breathing (in the context of COVID viruses and pandemic). So why non-medical masks, in fact medical face masks should be recommended and used if required. This is what my logic tells me. Or perhaps it is just for fashion or hiding purpose. Relevant authorities must look into such matters in the best interest of general public at large.

Clown masks made of plastic that children use to cover full face as a play (also used in parties and festivals) are also non- medical masks. So what are the real specifications of non-medical face mask for HSR transit use.

HSR BUSES in Hamilton Ontario ON JUNE 16 OF 2020 NOT STOPPING TO TAKE PASSENGERS, RUNNING WITH REDUCED/closed seating CAPACITY and Full sign – WHY ?

What is the logic or hidden reason behind running buses with reduced capacity and closed seating and not taking passengers waiting on the stops.

I experienced this today in the after noon in two areas while I went out for groceries shopping around 15h00.

1. Between 15h20 – 15h45 around Upper Wellington and Concession St./Inverness going towards Rymal. After more than one buses did not stop I walked to Upper James St (at Inverness) to take a bus.

2. Around Arkledun area going towards Concession st. After more than one buses did not stop I walked to take a bus to MacNab terminal to take another bus back to my place on Fennell Ave. East.

Very strange behaviour of HSR and operators.

In my opinion when there are more passengers, drivers should allow passengers to open up closed seats or let them ride the bus standing . Or some other solution as may be deemed suitable by the HSR management. Flexibility is better than leaving passengers on the stops waiting longer.

Burlington transit and GO transit are not using reduced and closed seating technique.

People responsible for HSR (or City Mayor) should look into this.

N-95 look alike name – NOT a good idea to use KN95 a similar name to N-95 masks.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

In healthcare products there should be no ambiguity and clarity must be enhanced to facilitate the common people to make right decisions on their own without expert advice.

I found the following KN95 mask (NOT N-95) mask being sold at a Rexall pharmacy.

This mask has very close resemblance in shape with the coffee filter with loops at each end to fit over the ears. In other words like modified coffee filter.

A (Bad) experience in a line outside lowe’s store at Barton Street in Hamilton Ontario (near 7-Eleven) on June 09 of 2020 around 13h00

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

While I was waiting in a line outside Lowe’s Store I experienced something I find a bit questionable, I wonder if any one else experienced the same thing elsewhere outside a store (not outside a club, not outside a movie theater, not outside a concert, not outside a stage show or outside a private party etc.), outside a retail store.

A man who was controlling the line asked two other men coming towards the store from the parking lot (when it was my turn to enter the store in the line) “Should we (or can we) let him in”. I turned around to look over my shoulder to see who he was talking to. After some kind of gesture/response from them he let me in. I find it questionable/and this kind of behaviour is discrimination/harrassment/insult in public against some.

Is this what the purpose of line ups outside the stores is ???

My internet connectivity on this number 289-990-6590 has been messed up recently and still not restored fully and number was completely dead for several days around May 13 to May 16 of 2020.

Again on June 09 of 2020 I was told by 611 support to goto a store in Hamilton due to some issue. I was told by one of the stores near McMaster University on King Street W. that there was no service, how can it be on a pay before number (period for renewal is around middle of each month).

I used a public phone nearby outside this store (because she did not let me use the phone in store) to call 611 customer service of freedom mobile to discuss this issue and was fixed, so my number is back in service.

I have been a long time customer of the bank since 1993 when TD and Canada Trust were separate financial institutions. Recently I came to know that my account was over drawn without writing any cheques. I was told by the bank that it was due to monthly fee taken by the bank at zero $. I find it strange and may be due to a malfunction (or a bug) of the system that it deducts service fee from the account even after balance is zero $. At zero $ balance only deposits should be possible and no withdrawals be possible, unless account has overdraft protection arranged by the bank prior to it happens.

Something to think about it.

(As a result of this and COVID situation I have closed my Business account with TD as of June 01 of 2020 to avoid negative increase in balance instead of positive increase).

(As of July 15 closing statement has not yet been received by mail, I called phone banking of tdcanadatrust and they can not tell why, because they can’t access closed accounts. Is this normal).

When I called the branch in St. Catherines on July 16 to find out about it, I was given an excuse/reason which is not logical that my account was setup for eStatements, after closing an account eStatements are not accessible, because account login credentials become invalid. I have eStatement setup with Simplii as well, but when a account is closed final closing statement is mailed out to me by Canada Post.

Some thing to think about.
