TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST OR TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
KFC in the area is keeping customer copy of interac/debit receipt and giving merchant copy to customer and arguing about it. In addition giving out wrong food, not as was ordered and paid by customer. People trust these locations because of brand name, no one checks the contents of the take out, they misuse this trust and give wrong food, checking the contents would create long delays. I wonder who is watching these people who are ripping off customers.

In continuation to my previous similar postings, I came across another retail store in Hamilton area where merchant copy printed out of the interac machine is given to the customer.Very unusual.

If the retail merchants/stores in Canada are allowed to keep customer copy of transaction or if that is what they want to do then they should display in big bold letters informing customers about it so that customers as myself make a informed decision wether to buy or NOT to buy from such retail store.
Behavior of Harvey’s staff at Fennell Ave. East,
Very bad, arrogant and unacceptable, ignoring and not paying attention. Quality of takeout order not acceptable. Non-cooperative, I asked them if I could use their wifi, since inside no seating allowed, outside wifi did not work. Very disappointing.
