I have been a customer of wind mobile since February 2013 which became freedom mobile after few years of my joining as a customer.
Since wind mobile changed its name and became freedom mobile, I came across two different type of stores, dealer stores and corporate stores and both are unable to provide satisfactory service, they just repel customers instead of making an effort to resolve the matter. They just seem to be sales outlets. I wonder which is better to deal with. Perhaps low rate service plans are the cause of it. People can buy handsets hardware from anywhere.
When I moved to Hamilton in May 2017 wind mobile (or freedom mobile) closed their previous store and moved to present location in the limeridge mall.
I never had any issues when it was wind mobile.
Any ideas and suggestions.
