The above letter was sent to me to my address in Canada in 2013 as can been seen below:I was arrested non-criminal from the above address in June 2012 and imprisoned at Pike County Prison until January 2013. Upon release from the prison BICE drove me to the Rainbowbridge Ontario side and left me with Canadian Border officials instead of driving me to the home address (address on my US IDs at that time).
In the past, BICE drove me from YORK county prison in January 2006 through PEACE bridge and I travelled by a greyhound bus from Canadian Side of the border to Ottawa.
But second time around same situation in January 2013, I decided not to return to Ottawa from Rainbowbridge because there was no need for it.
This spousal support petition was submitted to the court before my arrest June 2012 while I lived in Levittown Pennsylvania. I was arrested in June 2012 just about a week before the hearing date (to prevent me from appearing).
Person who arrested me, drove me to an office in Philadelphia during the preocessing and paper work he mentioned to another person at a desk over there in the office about my upcoming hearing at the family court in bucks county, so they knew about my hearing from before through some other channels. This is very disturbing and scary method of preventing people from seeking legal solution/legal support.

why my ODSP payments were not started yet as of March 15 of 2023, my ODSP application was processed and approved about a year ago in Hamilton before the incident of June 19.
For nearly 32 weeks since December 2021 no money was received from Social services (OW or ODSP). OW file was reactivated in Brampton and got incomplete cheques in August, September , October without rent amount and rent amount was received as a separate payment in November of 2022. December rent and last month deposit was received in December 2022.
Visited the OW social services office in Brampton on August 08 to follow up. I Received a monthly cheque deposit from OW social assistance after nearly 32 weeks on August 09 of 2022 also submitted consent forms and other paper work after completing and an SOI to Peel Region on August 11 of 2022. OW IVR not yet fully setup and not giving me access to my own information. who blocked it. and why ?? OW IVR is playing a message that I have no access to my personal information dates August 23 of 2022 around 11h42. Received a phone call and email from OW for another appointment on September 06 of 2022.
Received a call from new case worker of OW on 09/01/2022 and told me that it is a legal requirement to apply for CPP and OAS for OW in 2022.
I was forced out of my residence of over five years in Hamilton, illegally by the illegal occupiers.
I was forced by the OW case worker to apply for Old age and CPP to be eligible for OW for the month of October, unwillingly I agreed to apply due to seriousness of it. (But I am not retiring because I want to go back to my previous home, previous contract work in Saudi Arabia).
Please call me direct, talk to me direct, deal with me direct. Four page appeal document written by myself in my own handwriting in January 2023 remains valid in February 2023 and future month as well, as long as did not get my flight i.e. my appeal to go back home.
