TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Why my stub (monthly envelope from OW) is missing from the mail on August 30 of 2019 (last working day of the month which coincides with long weekend so Monday is also public holiday). Every month stub (monthly envelope from OW) is delivered a day before the start of the next month. It has become a regular feature of missing or late stub from the mail. Matter has been reported to MPP’s office as well in the past but no improvement because the problem still persists.

My rent ($400.00) is deducted from my monthly cheque but my receipt is not issued to me why ? Is this normal ? Is this legal and acceptable.

In addition to this people in the building are bulleying and using abusive language instead of talking to me, I have been a rent paying tenant in this building for the past 28 months since May 2017. People here are some times blocking the kitchen sink to make it difficult to use, some times blocking bath room for extended period of times, some times causing un-necessary power outages with out proper notifications.

reception staff was not able to locate the letter which was supposedly ready for pickup on 29th of August.

Later on reported the matter to Community Legal Clinic (100 main Street East suite 203-Down Town Hamilton) to deal with them directly to sort it out.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN- This threatening text message sent to my phone from a year ago may have a link to my arrest of November 12 of 2018 (released November 13) Updated August 16 of 2020

I have no idea what this text message was about because I have no involvement with these people.

But who ever wrote this text message, made it true exact to the date mentioned in it. I was in prison on November 13 of 2018 all day and the previous night of it i.e. 11/12/2018 due to my arrest from my ID address on November 12 of 2018. I wonder if this was pre-planned event. Monday November 12 was a public Holiday because Remembrance Day 2018 was on Sunday.

I was released on November 13 of 2018 at night time between 21h00 and 22h00.
