Vandalism———-/————-Sabotage – Somebody cutoff the wire and broken the LED light above my door when I was on morning walk on Saturday May 18 of 2019

now trying to find alternate solution to light up my area.

(left around 06h00 am and got back by 08h00 am, bought a cup of coffee from 7 Eleven at Upper Wellington on my way back to my place at Fennell Ave. East)I wonder why so much repeated negativity in this secure building ???? why this unknown person is putting efforts in making the building dark. It would be much better to make me aware of the reasons behind all this, as a rent paying monthly tenant for the past two years I have a right to know why ?

5th Ramadan since Courtside Inn Niagara Falls Ontario was closed around end of April 2015.

Ramadan 2019 is the 5th Ramadan since Courtside Inn Niagara Falls Ontario was closed where I was monthly tenant at that time, happened unexpectedly at the end of April 2015 (while my T2 was still in progress) and only quick alternate available to me (as suggested by Chez Marie staff) was Southridge shelter and SalvationArmy shelter in St. Catharines.

(building closure was reported to LTB in a tenants rights application – T2:SOT- 58722-15-IN).

During Ramadan 2015 I was in Booth Center St. Catharines shelter, which was at a walking distance from mosque in St. Catharines. I used to go to this mosque from the shelter for Iftar and prayer. I met Imam Mustafa Khattab and Najib (of Jordan) at one of the iftar supper.

My personal experiences with ebay

1) unreasonable/unacceptable long wait times after placing the order to receive it. unreliable service.

2) items arrive damaged – it is impractical to return the item for replacement due to cost and time factor.

3) wrong itmes arrive in the shipment.

4) no customer service to resolve login issues if 2FA malfunctions.

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.

Next week will be the 4th Victoria Day and 3rd anniversary since Lamis Ahmed (my rent receiver at that time) used the Police Force in Niagara Falls of Niagara Region to tell me to leave from the house past midnight around 1’O clock on Victoria Day 2016, without giving me my property, without discussing the unknown issue, without filing with LTB, without refund of my last month rent and balance of the rent for the remainder of the month roughly one week rent. My efforts afterwards to pick up my belongings were answered by further threats of Police involvement if seen at the house.

After sleeping for one night at Booth Center Salvation Army shelter in St. Catharines and few sleepless nights, Starting June of 2016 I rented at Carriage House located on Lundy’s Lane and lived in unit 30 (window side bed) untill I moved to Hamilton in 2017.

I was at this Booth center (184 church st.) shelter in St. Catharines twice,

and

after I was told to leave from 8496 Forestview Blvd. in May 2016.

ALERT FOR PRESTO USERS – BASED ON MY RECENT EXPERIENCE ON April 30 of 2019

I loaded some money on my PRESTO fare card on April 30th which was pending to become available for the tap on any presto card reader. I used HSR bus on 30th to visit welfare office located at Upper James and back to my place. When I checked my balance on May 01, it was still pending for tap. I spoke to the Customer Service and I was told system does not work all the time (so it is a known problem). It should work on my next bus ride or my next tap on balance checker.
