People around me:

It is a serious matter to have same name people around me in the building as me which were allowed to live in this building after I rented here to live two years ago.

Two years ago I found the contact person of this building in a public listing.

It is a questionable behiour.

WHY POLICE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR THIS EVENING AROUND 19h40 ????

A Police officer knocked on my door around 7:40 pm to find out if I heard any threats. I spoke to him without opening the door due to my past experience of November 12 of 2018 ( when two police officers arrested me from my own residence same location). I wonder why would Police ask me such a question, I did not report any such incident ???

Difference between change due and giving money at retail POS terminals:

In Hamilton experienced situations where I had to clarify to the cashiers at POS that change due is different than giving money. Change due (change back to customer) occurs when a buyer pays for the item with cash amount more than the price of the merchandise (exact amount not at hand).

Giving money has different meanings, change due is not the same as giving money.

Some merchants offer the facility of CASH BACK (no fee withdrawal from a bank account) as a covenience so customer can get some cash at POS instead of going to the ATM machine. This cash back comes out of customers bank account or credit card etc. and is shown on the receipt and requires customers initials.

“OFFENDER” is just a word on my release document CSD 075-396 (05/07) with out any substance to it – Updated July 04 of 2020

It was established in a meeting at a law firm in Hamilton down town this morning on March 21 of 2019 that “OFFENDER” is just a word with out any substance to it. So I am not an “OFFENDER”. This form is very old was designed almost 12 years ago and has been in use since than.

NOW under FOIA ACT – INFORMATION request : details are what I need to know as per the completed form.

(It gives me a feeling when I look back that I was used to divert someone else’s arrest who used my name or similar name for their business transaction).

I strongly believe that to avoid any mistake and to make sure that police was making a legitimate arrest, person who raised such a request or a court representative should have been present with the police to identify correctly.

A point to ponder – TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This refers to this partial document which was issued to me on November 13 of 2018 at the time of release from DET center in Hamilton. Full document shows me as an offender although I am non-criminal. What amazes me is that I was not an offender at the time of arrest from my residence on November 12. However for some unknown reason I am shown as offender on the release document after imprisonment of more than 24 hours. I find this mind boggling, how is that possible. I have no lawyer to look into this issue or question the authorities about ” what made me offender in one night of imprisonment”, no one has responded to my previous request about it.

I invite everyone including law experts to make me understand this point. Since I don’t have the information I have no way to take steps to clear it from govt. records if it is in the records.

Someone please respond to it as a humanitarian matter. It has the potential to impact others as well.

Bell land line in the building:

I thought every one in the building was getting a land line when I saw a bell van outside the building and a technician working on the upper floor, but when I spoke to the bell technician it was discovered that it was just for one unit #3, not for all the units of 671 Fennell Are. E, so I am still on my mobile with out a land line and without in-house WiFi. Nowadays land lines are becoming obsolete and there are towns where people live just with mobile phones without landlines.

A new person just moved (in unit 3) in the building right besides my unit 2 who has same first name as me but different last name and different physical attributes (taller than me). I hope this does not create confusion in identifying people, they should use full names in addition to other atributes to identify correctly.

The Arabic speaking person who used to live in unit 3 before this new person seems to have gone..

Beware of deception, in addition to English as my main language I speak Urdu as my mother tongue which is similar to Hindi (language used in Indian movies).
