February 19 of 2019- Trouble at the Hamilton Laundry (Located at Fennell Ave. East between E26th and E27th). New machines and some problem with door handle/opening. Machine #10 – Updated 09/17/2020

A mishap at the Laundry located at a walking distance from the building 671 Fennell Ave. East.

I wrote a note / instructions on a brown cleaning paper towel to put on the machine, came towards the building to see if some one could help me with this matter.

Called the laundry emergency number 289-237-9492 , because no attendant was available to look into this issue at that time after completing the first wash cycle. (between 22h30 and 23h30) . Call was answered by a service in California. Inserted more coins in the machines during wait time expecting that it might open at the end of second wash cycle, (which it did not) –

After a long wait time:

{I hope maintenance arrives soon so that I take my clothes out of the machine #10.}

A car was seen arriving with two men in the parking lot on the side of the Laundry, I went out of the laundry, to let them work on the machine, after 5/10 minutes I went back in, turned the handle and it unlocked the machine door and released my laundry, I took it out and left from there without drying, by the time I got back to my place it was way past midnight.

Family Day 2019 sign at the Public Libray.

I saw a sign today at the library about family day 2019 on February 18, it will be just another family day for me without my spouse and children since 2006. most of the activities on that day in Hamilton are geared towards children, people with out family may not be welcome.

Clear passage in front of my door to the upper floor of 671 Fennell Ave. E., – on a heavy snow day Feb 12 of 2019 -(made by myself)

I took the top Picture from my unit 2 upstairs so some of the portion of the passage and side walk at 671 is not visible. other two pictures were taken from the stairs at the entrance from inside (so the 671 is seen inverted from inside).

Whole parking lot is covered by snow accumulation since it started some time early morning.

I keep pushing snow away constantly every hour or two hour to prevent accumulation and to keep the side walk and passage clear.

ALERT !!! My Door Sign stolen again on February 09 so I have changed part of it.

Is it very difficult for people to ask me what they want from me. It would be much better if they talk to me what they need instead of stealing fronm.

Today on February 09 of 2019 I came across a wrong address associated with me in a profile.

wrong address: 675 Fennell Ave. E Hamilton ON L8V 1V3.

This address is a business in the same building at street level. I live upstairs and correct address as on my IDs and other official documents is as follows:

At the time of release from the DET center in Hamilton desk staff asked me to sign on the line which was above the words “Signature of the offender”. I still do not

not know (no information/clarification) what was the offence (I am non-criminal). I wish Canadian authorities tell me what was the offence for which police arrested me from my address when I called them and let them in to the building to file a report of vandalism.

Before the arrest when female police officer was talking to me one man came out of the room 6 and on his way to the bathroom, (and perhaps) touched the back of the police officer (for sure came very close to her almost in contact) and whispered behind her. after that she broke into my room (while I was talking to 911 for emergency help to avoid arrest and take care of the matter next day) by pushing the half height book shelf which I had placed in the door to keep the door open and use it as a counter and to talk to people face to face.

I was not a risk to disappear from my ID address so why Police arrested me from inside my unit #2 with open door in such a hurry, there were many alternatives to be nice, I am non-criminal, Niagara Regional Police records were showing me as unwanted in Police reports do what was the urgency to put through this hardship for no reason.

This matter was reported by myself to OIPRD couple of hours after my release on November 13 of 2018. Took a cab back to Fennell Ave. E., to get back to my place from the Barton Street.

(It gives me a feeling when I look back that I was used to divert someone else’s arrest who used my name or similar name for their business transaction).

I strongly believe that to avoid any mistake and to make sure that police was making a legitimate arrest, person who raised such a request or a court representative should have been present with the police to identify correctly.
